Älskade min upplevelse så mycket. Deras service var top notch, poolen var så vacker 😍 rummen är så stora och rymliga. Restaurangen högst upp har så många erbjudanden. Det är ganska långt från stranden men området är fortfarande bra eftersom det är nära den kungliga yachtklubben. Skulle rekommendera denna plats om och om igen....

everythings ok ,but when house keeping doing the cleaning, forgot to replace toilet paper, then l request for it, l request FOUR TIMES, the house keeping only send to me, very poor service.

We only stayed tgis hotel for transit. Spacious room and bathroom but not convenient to us. No Kiblat direction including in the room. We requested for Mineral Water from housekeeping but no return to us back. We dissapointed when Mineral Water has been charged to us of RM4. No come again to check in this Hotel. Buffet Breakfast also no variety foods.

The hotel was very clean and beautifully maintained. The bathtub was spacious, and the location was great for accessing the city. However, if you want to visit the main beach, you will need a car.

So far hotel rooms are clean and comfortable , swimming pools on tap roof location also nice sea views room also nice and 24 hours available hot water

The rooms are very big and the rooftop area has a beautiful view. That’s all that’s good about this hotel. We faced many challenges during our 5 day stay: - Breakfast: No Western food for breakfast, only chilli chicken, rice and noodles. Boiled eggs are the only food we can eat, except once it’s finished they don’t fill it up. Two mornings at 8 it was already finished, even though breakfast is until 10am. - Restaurant and room service: Inconsistent working hours. One evening we phoned at 6pm to order dinner, they say no orders after 5pm. The next day we phone for lunch, they say they only open at 5pm! Basically, impossible to order food for lunch and dinner. - Elevator: only 1 working elevator for a big hotel. Nobody is repairing it in the time we stayed here. It takes forever to get the elevator - Dogs next to hotel: There is a yard next to the hotel with many dogs. We counted over 10 dogs. They bark the whole day and night, disrupting sleep. We stayed on the higher floor but it was still disturbing. We turned the aircon and fan on for “white noise” to sleep through the barking, but it woke us every night. The walls and windows are not sound proof. - Noisy: There’s no sound proof walls or floor. Can hear people walking on the floor above us, hear people talk across the corridor. There is also a drain in the bathroom next to the toilet, that is running day and night non-stop. This hotel looks fancy on pictures and is supposed to be one of the best in the town but for 5 days we got weak food and no rest. We will not recommend this hotel at all - keep it searching for a different place.

The hotel is quite old. TV channel is just standard dtv malaysian (some channels is not received too) The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. They have a bathtub in the bathroom but the water temperature often changes. It is difficult to get the desired temperature. The room is not very clean and there is an unpleasant smell. The way to the room is also dim with broken lights. We Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast. 2 days of early breakfast and a little because of many activities. The last day came late around 9:30am unfortunately at exactly 10am they had turned off the lights in the area to take food. More disappointing, they also turned off the coffee water mixing switch and lifted all the cereals inside. The chef also told other staff to clean up the food preparation area while there were still customers there. In many places I have been to, this is the first hotel that is very rude to treat customers like this. The food is not good, the attitude is also bad. The food at the night market opposite this hotel is much better! This hotel does not reflect the 4-star standard at all and I think with the experience I have had they do not deserve it.

Room space very big, we can see shn set and sun rise from foof top, parking space is big, everthing i need i got in this hotel. Water pressure shower also best

Hotel with the best view of Kuah. Very nice swimmingpool on the rooftop. Location was excelent.

Hotel is located strategic in Kuah town and my friends enjoy the stays. Got infinity pool

In the city centre , nearby jetty point , very good location ..

Good view and good environment. Only con is the water temperature hard to control and water very small
