We find out our room and toilet was not very clean. Overall I’m satisfied with the services ..

For the price, the hotel is ok. Nice pool and adequately sized rooms. The balcony, with a slight seaview was nice. Breakfast was a bit limited and boring. Bed linen is old and clean but stained. The shower needs a curtain to prevent wetting the whole toilet room. A movie is screened every night on the wall at the pool - a novel idea! Not much around, but two restaurants nearby are decent and a supermarket about 1km away is well stocked.

Good value. Small resort. 10 minutes drive from Langkawi Cable Car.

My Overall stay with Alia was nice. The staff was super supportive and nice towards the customers. The resort has sufficient space for car parking and lobby. The rooms are clean. The ground floors have a nice balcony access. The property is nearby airport. The property is also nearby famous tourist attractions like: Langkawi Skycab, Sandy Skull Beach, Crocodile Adventureland etc. Improvement Area: Providing clean and quality vanities like towels, toiletries etc., Room size is relatively small, The pool in the property is more for kids. The property is nearby airport but a little far from Chenang Beach. Also, the property is far from good restaurants and cafe.

Price is affordable. Spacious room with pool view.Staff are very friendly.Book for 2 nights.Overall I'm very satisfied with the service

In general it was okay, but I was a bit disappointed about the location is not actually next to the beach where you can go and swim. But to be honest it was really quiet.

i enjoy my holidays

The location is good, half way between airport and Telaga Harbour. Since we were just on a one night stay transit to ferry jetty we didn't use any of facilities, if any. The bed is too soft and sinking in the middle. The shower is leaking resulting in low water pressure. Otherwise it is value for money for a transit stay.

Not the best hotel around but good on a budget. Breakfast was average but coffee and biscuits would go further. Far from any attraction and the use of either grab or private taxi/motorbike is advisable. Make sure you have the power card with your room key or else you need to go back to the reception to collect a new one especially after room service who takes it back. Shower is hot and spacious. Don't come here if you expect to use a beach as it's a no no!
