Alia Residence Business Resort recensioner

There was a small hick up when I checked in as I booked a family room with 2 queen beds. I got 1 room with only 1 queen bed instead.. they immediately checked and later was informed that they will be giving me 2 connecting rooms instead. Service was ok but need to improve on amenities. Definitely a no-no if u plan to stay in the room to watch TV ( no TV channels available 😆)

Location was really far from attraction however if you are looking for sound and quite holiday then this is good for you

it was an awesome stay my family enjoyed a lot the beech was very near the pool was clean rooms were also very clean.

We find out our room and toilet was not very clean. Overall I’m satisfied with the services ..

For the price, the hotel is ok. Nice pool and adequately sized rooms. The balcony, with a slight seaview was nice. Breakfast was a bit limited and boring. Bed linen is old and clean but stained. The shower needs a curtain to prevent wetting the whole toilet room. A movie is screened every night on the wall at the pool - a novel idea! Not much around, but two restaurants nearby are decent and a supermarket about 1km away is well stocked.

Good value. Small resort. 10 minutes drive from Langkawi Cable Car.

My Overall stay with Alia was nice. The staff was super supportive and nice towards the customers. The resort has sufficient space for car parking and lobby. The rooms are clean. The ground floors have a nice balcony access. The property is nearby airport. The property is also nearby famous tourist attractions like: Langkawi Skycab, Sandy Skull Beach, Crocodile Adventureland etc. Improvement Area: Providing clean and quality vanities like towels, toiletries etc., Room size is relatively small, The pool in the property is more for kids. The property is nearby airport but a little far from Chenang Beach. Also, the property is far from good restaurants and cafe.

Price is affordable. Spacious room with pool view.Staff are very friendly.Book for 2 nights.Overall I'm very satisfied with the service

Location is just nice can see on map according to own requirement. there is no access on beach.Hotel rooms are good , in condition. Wifi was under maintenance which was not mentioned while on booking. Staffs are very friendly and restaurant is only open for breakfast was excellent.

According to the people there that area is only vibrant at night..Had trouble finding food for the kids in the day. The breakfast had a very limited spread and WiFi was weak.

Service average. Just Swimming Pool facilities but no another facilities
