Service is good. Staff friendly. Check in smooth. However when check out, you need to read notice at the counter. If receptionist not at the counter, they will leave a notice to guest, so you need to call them. Then staff will come over. (Don’t wait until hours) Cleanlines overall is okay. I am too sensitive with dust, i can smell it from hallway and inside room. Accesibilty-Grab easy to book Water refill-provided👍 Recomendations: -Hotel can provide air freshner in the room, especially no window room. -I wish got restaurant or food stall down there🥲

Takes time to check in and check out as you have to wait for the staff to come from ombak villa

房間空空的，衹有一把椅子，燈光不足，沖涼房電熱水器在門外還有一個開關，當時不知以為熱水器壞了，洗了一個冷水涼，整幢樓當天沒見過一個人，服務枱也沒有人值班，到酒店後要用服務枱電話呼叫才有服務員從別的地方趕來辦理入住，退房也是要用電話呼叫才有人來辦理退房，整座酒店要不是服務枱放着音樂就象廢棄的大樓，維一好的是離機場近但周邊飲食就不方便
