Luxury resort experience. Amazing breakfast. Private beach is great. Be ready to walk a lot or else wait for the golf carts to get around.

very good experience… staff is very good location is very good facilities everything is amazing … my baby milk powder finish in the middle of night .. the person at reception opens the shop in the resort and bring me the milk .. rooms are very amazing .. i booked the family chalet and monkeys are always outside at my room ❤️

Absolutely love this staycation! Very enjoyable stay in the suite on water amidst the nature. Though there were some initial hiccups in terms of long waiting time with lunch and Dayang cafe and cleanliness with the jacuzzi, but the entire stay is filled with wonderful memories over this New Year 2025! Kudos to the staff for the Gala party!!

All amenities were available and nearby.The prices there were reasonably affordable. There was also 4 restaurants to dine .A fantastic nature stay.This was truly a beach resort a lot of activity's surrounding there.Very near to Sky cab also.

Very nice hotel with a big green territory. The staff is friendly. There are some things in the room that need to be repaired. But this doesn’t prevent the rest. A lot of animals and birds around. We were happy with it. Thanks Berjaya

I recently stayed in one of their Rainforest Chalets, and it was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. Nestled in the lush greenery of the rainforest, the chalet offered a peaceful escape surrounded by nature’s sounds – perfect for unwinding. The chalet had a warm, rustic charm with a private balcony that opened up to the forest. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. The wooden floorboards were quite creaky, which was a bit noticeable, especially at night, but it added to the old-world feel of the place. One small but thoughtful gesture really stood out – a staff member came by to restock the minibar without us even asking, and when he noticed we don’t drink alcohol, he kindly offered to replace the beers with soft drinks instead. That level of attentiveness and flexibility really added a personal touch to our stay. The resort itself is large and beautifully maintained, with convenient shuttle service to get around. The staff throughout were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the Rainforest Chalet at Berjaya Resort for anyone looking for a nature-immersed retreat with great service and comfort – just be prepared for a few creaks and quirks that come with staying in the heart of the rainforest.

Maintenance good but can improve it. Breakfast not bad but can improve also. Staff is perfectly trained. Overall very satisfied

I stayed at Berjaya Resort for 3 nights. The location is just wow! It’s like staying in the middle of jungle, but you still near the beach. We loved the sounds of nature at night and the view from our chalet was breathtaking. The monkeys were a fun surprise too, just be careful with your food. The staff was friendly most of the time, but service was slow sometimes, especially at the restaurant. Breakfast was okay, not much variety for vegetarians tho. The shuttle service inside the resort was useful but sometimes we waited too long. The room was clean and cozy, but the furniture looks a bit old. I think they need to renovate soon to keep up with other resorts in Langkawi. Wifi also didn’t work well in our room, had to come near the lobby. Overall, we had a nice time and would maybe come back again, mostly for the unique nature experience. But still, few things need improvement.

A Truly Magical Experience – Beyond Expectations! I recently stayed at Berjaya Resort Langkawi, and I have to say it was one of the most magical and memorable experiences ever! I initially booked the *Rainforest Chalet*, but when I arrived at the hotel with my kids, something extraordinary happened. As I was getting ready to be transferred to the chalet, the assistant manager, Hafi (if I’m not mistaken), stopped the buggy and personally told me that they had decided to upgrade me to the **Premier Chalet on Water**. He mentioned that after seeing me check in with my children, they thought the Rainforest Chalet might not be as comfortable for us. I was completely speechless! The staff’s thoughtfulness and kindness made me feel so welcome and special, like I was being treated like family. What made this even more amazing was that I had only booked the room two hours before check-in via Trip.com, and requested a small anniversary celebration. I didn’t expect much given the short notice, but to my surprise, the staff went out of their way to decorate the room beautifully with towel and bed decor that made the occasion so much more special. I couldn’t believe how efficient and sweet they were in such a short time! What really stood out was the personal WhatsApp message I received from Ira (the guest service team) after check-in. She provided all the menus from the hotel restaurants and a list of activities around Langkawi, including night market schedule around the town! As someone who also works in the hotel industry, I think all hotels should adopt this approach. It keeps guests well-informed and makes them feel truly appreciated and connected throughout their stay. This small gesture made me feel like I had everything I needed at my fingertips! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Berjaya Resort Langkawi, I cannot recommend them enough. From the warm welcome to the magical moments they created, this was an experience that my family and I will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with care, thoughtfulness, and personal attention, this is it!

Had an amazing experience staying at this resort. This is a place for proper rest. Secluded, surrounded by nature and beautiful views, quiet. As beautiful as the resort was, people working there are actually the reason why we would recommend this to all of our friends. We had an unfortunate situation of family member getting quite ill, and staff made sure we got access to doctor, transport, and all of their assistance came with so much kindness that we would be forever grateful. We would love to come back. Thank you for everything.
