Four Seasons Resort Langkawi recensioner

One of the most incredible hotels we have ever had the pleasure of staying at! The rooms are so beautifully designed, the staff are incredibly attentive, the service and food selection is out of this world. The whole resort is so relaxing, even by the pool you get your own private sun bed section. This is without a doubt the best hotel on Langkawi island!

The service is too lousy. The front desk there attitude are not friendly

Took me a while to decide on Four Seasons due to slight put off by the location as it was rather secluded on the other side of the island. (which also meant privacy and peace) But was pleasantly and amazingly surprised by them. Booking via Trip, I didn’t expect that the hotel will reach out to me directly to check about my trip and how they can facilitate my plans better. Having booked over Trip numerous times, this was a first. This is also not my rodeo with 5stars on Trip. I felt valued and felt the sincerity the hotel expressed on how much they welcomed my stay and looking forward to my arrival. I arrived early for check-in and the whole process was swift, personal and made me feel extremely welcomed. Before I even asked, the team checked on my flight details out of Langkawi, and arranged for my late check-out to match my flight out so that I can stay rested and enjoy the resort till my very last moments in Langkawi. It surprised me as it was extremely personal and showed how well the hotel treated each guest and placed their needs at their utmost priority. I honestly didn’t expect their thoughtfulness. A resort tour was then arranged on a buggy to show me around the area and to introduced to me the different restaurants and facilities. And then we were showed to our room. Room was dated and had visible signs of wear and tear but all in all was within expectations. Clean and spacious and had a giant tub which filled up rather quickly despite the sizes. Room was well lighted with generous amount of day light. Having shared with the team that I was celebrating my birthday, they arranged for cake and champagne in my room to welcome me. Their service was consistent and I also received great attitudes at their restaurant, Kelapa Grill which served great seafood. Thank you Four Seasons Langkawi for such a memorable stay. Your service have been impeccable. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and warm hospitality. I will most definitely be back.

A hotel that is very suitable for parents and children, and the service is particularly good. We will also choose this hotel for check-in next time!

We spent 5 days in Four Seasons Langkawi.The property is quite old(18 years) but in very good shape.The employees invested the COVID time for a complete refurbishment. There are 2 swimming pools..one for families (with kids) and one QUITE POOL for adults..really quite and enjoyable . We choose an upper apartment with sea view.We could see the sea and part of the jungle.Full of birds/squirrels an monkeys.A full immersion in the nature.The property has 3 restaurants and one lounge bar.Very nice food and reasonable prices.But the real point which make difference and provides an "extra mile" to this resort is the people. Everybody super kind.Smiling and cheerful .A real 5 stars level stay in a fantastic place.Highly recommended . It was my third time in Langkawi and the very first time in FOUR SEASONS,i will definetly come back

The hotel is some distance away from the F&B / eateries outside. Needed to book a cab if we wanted to eat out. However the overall environment / ambiance of the resort is very relaxing, private beach feels utterly exclusive. Staffs were helpful too, could reach them via what’s app chat which they’d reply almost instantly. Buggy service was also always on time.

Four Seasons Langkawi was a wonderful experience. To stay here be prepared to smile all day as the staff's there were just too warm, hospitable and efficient. Don't get me started on the dinner at their Restaurant - Ikan Ikan. Service was wonderfully superb. From the waitresses to the Chef... they went beyond their call. Food tasty and the array was just to scrumptiously good.

Service was excellent. Place is abit tired but still maintained well.

Omg I can’t praise them enough! It’s like the best hotel I’ve been to!!! The way they set it up like separating you from the real world. Amazing.

A very nice stay at the Four Season Resort Langkawi. The facility a bit old but very well maintained. When we arrived, the floor was stained but the house cleaning team promptly arrived to clean the place upon making a call to them. Overall very efficient service and friendly and helpful staffs. The only thing to comment was some guests were rather couldn't care less and inconsiderate attitude by taking away the bicycles which were already allocated to particular rooms / guests which was parked at the breakfast restaurant.The bicycles are free to 'rent' from the gym. A few of the guests, including myself have to go report the bicycles being "stolen". Was told it wasn't the first time the culprits had done that. Aside from the little unpleasant experience, the view was great, quite a good amount of complimentary activities to spend time in the resort.
