In a hamlet, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis. Motor access to the grounds. Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Grocery, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Langwies, Abzw. Bahnhof" 700 m, railway station "Langwies GR" 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 8.6 km, indoor swimming pool 8.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 8 km, riding stable 8 km, mountain railway 8 km, ski school 8 km, ice rink 8 km. Nearby attractions: Chur. The location at about 1300 m was very pleasant while it was much hotter in the valley. You can see the great from the terrace mountains. The apartment was cozy and you have a great view from the window.

Nice little house, 5 -10 min to the train station, fantastic Arosacard = almost everything for free, e.g. all trains! kitchen great equipped with fondue sets (cheese and chinoise), MW, oven, all pans, pressure cooker etc etc Great bunk bed for kids, enoug
