很不錯的一個民宿，很值得推薦！這段時間來旅遊的人太對了 島上酒店價格都有所上漲📈。不是節假日來應該很便宜

We spent two weeks at Casa de Hilario in Feb/March. The house is a traditional rural house outside the village of Yaiza in the centre of Lanzarote. Our bedroom was large and comfortable with views to the village and one of the many small volcanic peaks. Breakfasts were buffet style and self service, with tables indoors and outdoors on the large garden terrace. The food was fresh and the service from Lucia was excellent. The house was unstaffed in the afternoons and evenings and there was no bar or coffee facilities, which we missed. The guests all learned to stock up on snacks and drinks in the local supermarket. There is a good, traditional restaurant (Bodega de Santiago) next door for those who don't want to travel too far to eat, though our favourite restaurant was the nearby, sister property Casona de Yaiza which was excellent (we ate there four times). A good base for travelling around the island and will suit those who seek peace and tranquility in a lovely village. Not so good for those seeking a lively nightlife.

Stayed at this hotel when our flight was cancelled late one night managed to booked around 10.30 pm spoke to a lovely lady who spoke English we communicated through WhatsApp she explained how to get there where the keys would be pictures explaining where the room was For that time of night it made a stressful night a lot easier for us We had a lovely continental breakfast in the morning booked a taxi with a lady who was doing breakfast Taxi came on time I would say they went above and beyond to help us Thank you

Stayed in one of the suites… Quirky furnishings and decor in the room and bathroom…the volcanic rock bathroom was amazing…Outside there was a nice private terrace with table and chairs but only 1 very old and worn sun lounger. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful but the lack of availability of coffee and tea before breakfast service was surprising given that there were no facilities in the room to make any. There’s a lovely communal lounge and outside tables and chairs, there’s a communal fridge with a basket per room for your own personal goods so in the evening it would have been perfect to sit and have supper and a drink but there were no glasses, plates, cutlery to use… they were all locked away in cupboards until breakfast !!!! Hilario is in such a beautiful quiet location, perfect for exploring the island but sadly it’s lacking in simple things and a personal touch that are always available everywhere else we have stayed. We had no contact from the owners after our arrival. Given that we paid 117 euros a night for 7 nights we feel our experience wasn’t what we expected or value for money.

Stayed in room number 7 at the apartment's, not in the hotel, black mould on ceiling and walls in bathroom, dead mosquitoes squashed on walls and room smelt musty, bed uncomfortable. Complained to owner, she said they had be very busy with bookings and had not had time to refresh/redecorate the room, half way through our weeks stay while we were out, someone came in put bleach on the worst areas and painted over the worst bits in the bathroom, did not clean the walls. We paid 100 euros a night for 7 nights, i would compare the room to what we paid 20 euros a night for ten years ago in Greece, very basic and not very clean. We ate in the owners restaurant for 2 nights as a party of 4 and spent over 320 euros on food and wine. I would have at least expected a proper apology, not even a complementary bottle of wine or a small discount on our bill to say sorry when we dined at the restaurant. I will be interested to see if the owner responds to this review, she gave me the impression she could not care less. Bryn Jones Chester

Les photos sur le site sont trompeuse. Notre chambre ( numero 8 a eviter) qui apparaît dans les premières photos n est pas le reflet de la réalité. Peintures elimees, 2 petites fenêtres munies de rideaux défraîchis et tres usagés, porte qui coince , salle d eau....tuyau de douche cassé, promesse d une réparation rapide qui n est jamais arrivee, serviette de bain trouée...bref grosse déception. Par contre tres bonne situation de la casa rural , joli ensemble, l interieur est joliment décoré, la terrasse piscine très agréable, petit déjeuner simple mais très correct. Nous sommes déçus le prix équivalent à des hôtels proches n estvpas justifié en ce qui nous concerne.

Les avis sont toujours fonction d un rapport qualite/prix... Casa Hilario est un etablissement agreable par sa taille, sa configuration, ses decorations, plantations etc. un emplacement de parking par chambre et plutot bien securise. La ville de Yaiza nous a aussi plu: propre, aeree, calme, et fournissant les services necesssaires : superette, restaurants, station service, transports public. Sur la terrasse ou depuis la chambre, de belles vues degagees sur les alentours. L emplacement est propice a la visite du sud de l ile (de la zone des volcans -extra pour les departs en rando volcan ou littoral- , aux villes touristiaues du sud) Notre chambre etait de belle taille , de meme que la salle de bain. Le lit est confortable, le linge de toilette tres bien (avec en plus une serviette de bain). Proprete partout, rien q dire de ce cote. La tele est 'cablee' et on arrive a trouver quelques chaines en anglais. Pour le francais ... Mais, il y a un mais! C est une 'casa' et le principe apparemment sur l ile, c est que cela peut vouloir dire: pas de personnel permanent, personne sur place la plupart du temps. Les arrivees sont compliquees (contacter le proprietaire, prendre RDV etc.). Le contact n etait pas si aimable ... Si le petit dejeuner est tres correct, il n y a aucune possibilite de diner sur place - espace refrigerateur limite mais pas de micro onde ou autre moyen de rechauffer, pas de vaisselle a disposition. Ce qui dans un endroit relativement isoler peut etre frustrant. Vous verrez meme des panneaux vous invitant a ne pas manger dans la salle a manger (?) Quand on rencontre un probleme , personne a qui s adresser (un soir le distributeur d eau ne chauffe plus, pas d aide, pas de solution ... on est en Janvier, sans chauffage - un the c est sympa ... mais donc, meme pas ca ) A noter aussi : le petit dejeuner est de 8:00 a 10:00, cela peut etre un peu tard pour qui veut partir en rando. Le dernier jour nous devions partir tres tot pour le vol de retour, nous avons demander s quelqu chose pouvait etre mis de cote pour notre petit dejeuner (paye avec la chambre pour rappel). La reponse fut negative (?) Voila pourquoi ma note, qui prend tous ces aspects et le prix en compte. Tout le monde n'a pas les memes attentes, mais vous aurez ces quelques informations pour mieux faire votre choix.
