LOVED staying here, first ever hotel I booked and it was so nice the kindness and service the front desk gave us. The view of the ocean was amazing. Our room was outstanding. The entertainment was great! We couldn’t help but get on the dance floor! I would say the only issues was the flies that was everywhere when we were outside, but the bartender let us know it was just timing.

Absolutely fantastic hotel situated in its own grounds right next to the beach & promenade. Spotlessly clean with a huge marble adorned entrance and impressive social areas. Room on the west side on the 3rd floor with an amazing sea view looking across to Fuerteventura. Air-con kept us cool at night and the walk-in rainfall shower was excellent. Very friendly and attentive staff, only too happy to help and the pool area was spacious, uncluttered and beds and brollies always available. We would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends.

Simply amazing! Great experience from check in to check out. It’s an adults only hotel and we came as a couple with our 16 year old daughter (min age is 16). We all loved it here! The rooms are incredibly large and comfortable. A wonderful location on the sea front promenade. A 15 min walk to playa flamingo, which is much nicer than Dorada in my opinion. The hotel has excellent facilities, great evening entertainment, delicious range of food, very welcoming and spotlessly clean. Sensibly priced too. They have a lot of repeat customers rebooking which tells you a lot. Thank you Natura Palace for a wonderful time. We’ll be back!

Sold by Jet2 as 4 star plus, adults only (the hotel rating is 4 star), we paid extra for a room upgrade to premium double with sea view & half board, & to be honest we were a bit under whelmed. The room wasn't bad, a bit run down & we didn't get the slippers or the mini bar advertised & it didn't seem any different to a standard room. The food at the buffet was tepid school meals standard & we did didn't see anyone in the a la carte restaurant all week. We chose to eat elsewhere many nights. La Gang Nan near the Marina Rubicon was pricey but exceptional. €5 for the taxi. Hotel drinks were a bit pricey, eg. a small 20 cl bottle of Freixenet fizz was €9.50. In the UK its, £3.50. The evening entertainment was also very Butlins. Poolside was fine with enough sunbeds but really they need cushions. Worn towels provided. At check in they asked if we wanted to pay for the extras by cash as you go, or by credit card. Debit card incurs charges. This is fine, but on the first night, we paid cash for a bottle of red, only to have a note pushed under our room door saying we hadn't paid. Maybe the the hotel should vet its staff a little better. The hotel advertise 3 bars but only the pool bar was open all week. Room cleaning by Rosa couldn't be faulted. I left her a €10 tip hoping she gets it! So much of this hotel is under used, especially the lobby area with its piano, bar & many seats. This was almost empty all day, every day. If they opened the bar here, it would improve the atmosphere no end. Overall, a relaxing week, but bear in mind, this hotel is quite a distance from most of the bars & restaurants. so be prepared to walk or get a taxi.

Excellent food and service. Staff on the front desk were amazing. Always ready for a laugh whilst being very helpful. The room was good and we had a nice view of the pool and sea from the balcony. Plenty of choice in the restaurant each night. Entertainment varied. Some nights better than others, but the bar not far from the hotel, had a brilliant Abba night and hotel residents get 15% off their drinks there.

Beautiful, clean, mix of modern and contemporary design feeling very luxurious, spacious and welcoming. Service from the staff was top notch! Everyone so friendly, polite, kind and helpful and going beyond and out of their way to please and provide. Ordering a taxi was easy and instant and inexpensive at reception. Breakfast was tasty and varied and fresh. Option each morning to sit on the terrace with a glass of cava! Location perfect for eating locally and walking to bars and a local beach. Room spotless and well maintained as well as roomy and very comfortable with air conditioning that actually worked! . Views spectacular! Ask for room with side sea view at least. Only gripe would be uncomfortable sunbeds- needed to use own cushion I’d brought with me for the plane to support back where there’s a big gap in each bed. That said I still give hippotels five stars. !

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely but sun umbrellas are not secure and often fly off in the wind, this happened a few times to us and one time we were almost hit by one, it was lucky no one was hurt.

Last minute stay in this beautiful hotel with lovely plants and egret birds wandering about the gardens. We were welcomed with a glass of Cava in reception and a meal after a late arrival. We had a large comfy bed in a spotlessly clean side-seaview room overlooking the crazy golf area and the sea. Food is really good .. especially enjoyed the smoothies and the desserts are delicious. We also had a meal in the A la Carte restaurant which was included in the price apart from drinks - food and service was excellent. Got a taxi into Playa Blanca from reception. The walk along the promenade in front of the hotel is right facing the sea. Staff are amazing and very friendly. The hotel entertainment is excellent, we watched some really good singers and groups, including in the lobby bar. Erwan the Animation guy is very pleasant .. he joins in with the evening entertainment and dancing, as well as doing an aerobics class in the pool area etc. he deserves a special mention. The hotel management should be very proud of all of their staff as they work extremely hard. We would definitely return to this adult only hotel as it was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. Well done everyone!

We stayed at Hipotel Natura Palace for five nights, booked as a package through TUI UK. Our flight did not arrive into Lanzarote until late in the evening, but the staff that greeted us at reception were welcoming and offered us a glass of local cava to celebrate the start of our holiday. We were a party of three. My partner and I staying in one room and our friend in another. We were informed that our room had been upgraded to a sea view room on a higher floor, we were of course pleased with this but did enquire how much an upgrade for a friend would cost. They stated this would be 20€ per night. We decided the check the rooms out to establish the difference but, of course to our late arrival, we could not take advantage of our view. The rooms however were very spacial and exactly the same. Our friend decided to stick with their allocated room throughout the stay. The rooms themselves had everything we could need. A/C if provided free of charge, along with a digital safe free also. Tea/coffee making facilities were available and restocked each day, as well as bottles water and orange juice supplied on our first night - a nice welcoming touch for new guests! Our room was spotlessly clean and a big shout-out to the hotel's housekeeping team. They were so lovely and couldn't do enough for us during our stay - nothing was too much for them! Breakfast is served in a large dining room, and although we did not struggle to find seating for three people each morning, some guests arriving at peak times needed to be allocated tables due to how busy the restaurant became. There is a brilliant choice of breads, pastries, yoghurts and fruits, hot foods and even a smoothie bar. Of course we took full advantage of the breakfast and tried most items between us, and could not fault any foods. The pool area is clean and regularly cleaned by staff throughout the day. There are plenty of seating/lounging areas around the pool and grounds for guests to use. We did not struggle to find sun beds, even during peak times! The hotel is located a 40 minute leisurely walk from Playa Blanca resort centre. Which if you're looking for relaxing break like ourselves, is perfect! There is a very well paved costal path that take your directly into Playa Blanca and further up the coast if you wish. There are a number of restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel that serve Italian, Greek and local cuisines. All were highly recommended, unfortunately we did not get chance to sample. The hotel reception area accommodated a desk to book car hire. We decided to book this through the hotel having read good reviews by other travellers. We paid 95€ for 48hours, plus the cost to fill the tank before returning the car. We have never hired a car before, but the lovely lady on the desk could not have been more helpful. She answered all or questions and recommended which vehicles would be best for our needs. She actually recommended the cheapest option, a Fiat 500, after describing
