Apartamentos LIVVO Las Gaviotas

The apartments were clean and workable. They are in need of an update lots of things broken and just covered up with tape or paint. The pool needs a clean it’s freezing. Close to the little shopping area with a spa and bars our favourite was Peggy’s snug. We took a taxi to the strip about 5 mins up the road better choice of food and drinks prices much better. We walked by the airport we really enjoyed plane watching. We took the bikes out great spin around PC

We stayed here in July 2024, we booked it last minute and got a good deal via jet 2. We was a family of 4 - two adults and two children age 3 and age 5. All I can say was WOW… It was so relaxing, right next to the beach and the airport, the rooms were very very clean. It was like being at home but on holiday it was so comfortable. The apartment was so spacious, and you could sunbathe with the sun loungers on your porch area too! Each block had their own swimming pool, the kids loved it, best part about it is that it wasn’t crowded. There was a bar area at the pool which had lovely snacks, food, and especially cocktails! The shops and restaurants were literally a few minutes walk, there’s also a little arcade. There’s more restaurants and shops further round the main road about 10/15 mins walk. Being right next to the airport was a bonus if you love watching the planes fly right over the beach, approx 10 mins walk down the path you can watch the planes landing at the airport, the kids loved it. There’s a little park for kids. There’s also family bikes. Our sister in law stayed in another hotel in Puerto de Carmen, so we visited each other regularly , 10 mins taxi ride, very cheap. She preferred our apartments to her hotel, she said it was perfect and the location was better as where she was was very very hilly, but at these apartments it’s not at all which was also better for the kids. The staff were very very friendly and helpful, we had a late pick up time for the flight home so was able to keep our suitcases a secure room free of charge. We would 100% recommend to anyone who would like a more relaxing family holiday, perfect for couples too, and perfect area for people who need a more accessible holiday I.e. wheelchair users. There are things to do in other areas i.e. water parks, zoos etc. but unfortunately we missed out as the package including transfers where only on certain days, and we only enquired a couple of days before going home so I’d say if you’re looking for a day/trip out enquire about them first thing! The spontaneous last minute decision was 100% worth it. Thank you so much for making our first holiday as a family of 4 one to remember!

Love a family holiday with no stress! Minutes from the airport I just waited for a taxi (€10) arrived early before check in, got free coffees in block 3’s pool whilst waiting and kids changed into their swimming gear and jumped in the pool. When we got the call we were give the keys to too block 4 room 25. Great apartment, very clean, lots of space and 30sec walk to the beach! I walked to Playa Honda to do a shop in Lidl for the 10 days a day got a taxi back m, and topped up with other bits from the local Spar! Pool area nice, kids were safe and space and clean, no fights for sunbed!s! Will be returning,!

Lovely clean and comfortable apartments. Staff were great, always on hand to help with any queries. It’s a nice walk on the flat along the promenade to the shops and restaurants. Will definitely go again and can thoroughly recommend! A lovely place to stay!

1 bed bungalow in area 8. (34) no issues with stairs or hills would be fine for people with mobility issues. Nothing fancy but clean tidy and has everything you need, however would benefit from extra coat hangers. The fridge worked great. Local for the commercial centre just a few minutes walk and beach almost on the doorstep. Pool area is very nice . We went at a quiet time, always able to get a sunbed. Staff very nice. Would definitely return due to the locality.

Third time at las Gaviotas and never dissatisfied, apartments very well looked after, fantastic location, so well maintained, beautiful location with bars and amenities on your doorstep. Pool areas so clean and peaceful. Will be back I'm sure 😊
