Guinate Club Apartamentos

Just home from a weeks stay in the Guinate club . Clean , spacious apartments with all the amenities for cooking available. Great air-conditioning ( needed) and free use of safe and WiFi throughout. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom had 2 single beds, and the living area had a pull out bed under the sofa ( not very comfortable) .Apartments and pool/ bar area kept very clean and tidy and staff onsite friendly. Central location to main ***** where there are ample bars/ restaurants and a beautiful beach also close to old town .I would recommend and return .

I forgot to review these fabulous apartments when we arrived home. The largest 2 bed appt. We've ever seen (and bed) absolutely immaculately clean. The staff were very attentive and pleasant, pool area and bar fab. Special thanks to Vladimir on the snack bar for making our afternoons so comfortable he couldn't do enough for us. We would definitely recommend to all.

Just returned from an 11 night stay.been to PDC numerous times but first time staying here. It's a small quiet complex set at the back of cardiac hill. Short walk to both the ***** and old town harbour. Very modern bright comfortable clean spacious apartment with fantastic shower room and bed..all essentials supplied for cooking etc. Air con was included as was an in- room safe which was handy (not that you felt you needed it) as it was very safe here. WiFi was also free and excellent too. Cleaners are excellent towel & bedding changed frequently. Pool towels available for 3 euros.. Staff are friendly and helpful on reception nothing too much trouble. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Tip..Ask for upper floor private balcony will have sun all afternoon and enjoy your stay If you can't face walking home taxi is only 3.50 euro

Excellent accommodation Very clean complex. Staff all very friendly particularly Big Pat in reception. Very well run complex cleaners and maintenance team always working hard and happy at work. Very handy for food and nightlife. And beaches Thanks Graham & Ben

1st stay at this hotel as we have always stayed somewhere else, however I can highly recommend this hotel, it’s small complex with white washed walls, all areas of the hotel are clean and reception always smells nice when we come , our apartment is comfortable with free air con, free use of a safe, staff make you feel welcome, Will definitely be staying here again.

Just back from an 11 night stay. First time in a long time we went self catering and these apartments did not disappoint. They were well equipped and very clean. Staff were all very friendly with a smile every time they were asked anything. Plenty of sunbeds available and pool area very clean. About 10 minute walk (down 153 steps) to the front so not suitable if you have mobility issues. Taxi to front usually around £3.40 so reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here in October. Lovely, peaceful apartments where all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Especially Greta who could not do enough for us-always with a smile. Beds are so comfortable and rooms are clean and spacious. Cleaned and towels changed regularly. Nice pool with plenty of sun beds. It is up the hill from the *****. Great location for us but not for people with mobility issues. Although we were told taxis are cheap. It was a 10-15 walk to the *****. We had great weather too😎 Would stay here again 👌

Came here for 2 weeks with my partner for my first ever holiday abroad. I was very impressed with how well the place is looked after and how clean everything is. The room was amazing and large bathroom which was very handy. Only a few things that I feel could improve. First of all the rule of not reserving sun beds seem to have not applied to everyone as people where keeping towels on them or getting someone to save it for them so a lot of the time we didn’t get much time to try them ourselves. We had about 2 days out of the 2 weeks where we were actually able to use a sun bed. Second of all I feel that that the pool and pool bar should be open later so then customers can use the pool at night when it’s lit up which would be a nice atmosphere but also so the bar is accessible to people who don’t want to leave the resort that just fancy a drink in their apartment. Why not have the bar and pool open till 10 or 11 when the reception shuts. Third thing was we had no soap in our bathroom. We did mention this a couple times to the housekeepers yet we still weren’t given any soap in the dispenser in the bathroom.

Stayed here for 10 nights + had a nice, relaxing time. A quiet place which suited us fine. The room was big with a large balcony. The bed was comfortable. We found the pillows a bit too firm but I suppose it's personal choice. A well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for breakfast + light lunch. However, being a shorty the top cupboards + microwave were much too high for me. Ditto the hangers in the wardrobe. I think a 6ft plus man designed them!! Thick, fluffy towels changed every 2 or 3 days + I loved the little utility area outside with an airing rack to put wet beachwear on which meant that the balcony wasn't cluttered. Free aircon was quiet + easy to use as was the free safe. Tele wasn't working properly but when we reported it it was sorted straightaway. Ate at the snack bar once (lovely pizza). No gluten-free meals (only nachos) but I can understand if they haven't got room for a separate g-f area to prepare food. Plenty of g-f choice on the way to the harbour and at the ***** a short walk away. The music played around the pool got very repetitive but I like peace + quiet around the pool anyway so it did get on our nerves a bit. If you come back after 11 p.m. you have to use the side entrance using you room card as reception is closed. It worked fine but one night a TUI coach arrived after 11 p.m. (delayed flight) so the 6 people couldn't get in. There was an emergency no. which started with +33 but you can't get a + sign on a mobile (+ there may be some people who don't use mobiles). We had to let them in using our card + luckily they got through to TUI who sorted it. Not a good start to their holiday. I had visions of them sleeping on the sunbeds around the pool until morning. It happens regularly apparently. All-in-all we had a lovely time + the little quibbles I mentioned were only small ones + wouldn't stop us returning.
