Nice hotel with nice service. Very well designed rooms. Clean.

I stayed here about 10 days, the hotel is excellent! 4 Stars hotel but 5 stars service. Especially the room service ladies. Good job and keep it up. By the way, thanks for the souvenir.

Convenient to stay if you are traveling by train. Lanzhou railway is opposite the hotel.

Good location with lots of food and groceries in the surroundings. Traffic at night is noisy, right at an intersection. Room smells of stale cigarette throughout tho.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable facilities. This was also the only hotel I have ever stayed at that gave me a welcome gift (yogurt) and a checkout gift (mini usb fan).

Central location near the train and subway stations, along with many restaurants and shops. The room was fine, except, being a suite, only the living room had an air con unit -- both rooms needed one. Waimai could not be delivered directly to the room for some reason (unlike other hotels in Lanzhou). Breakfast was average for China.

Hotel is very near to slow speed railway station. Overall experience is good. The staff is cooperative and friendly.

I recently stayed at the Hualian Hotel near Lanzhou University Railway Station for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers using the railway station. It’s situated right next to the station, making it easy to access transportation and nearby amenities. While it may not have any standout features, it provides good value for money and meets the basic needs of its guests. I would recommend it for short stays or for those needing easy access to the railway station.

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel. It is located right across from the Lanzhou train station. The area is very busy with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It is very easy to use the subway right next to the train station to go around the city. There's also a bus terminal right next to the subway station.

Second time staying. Super close to the station. Check in was easy enough. Some problem registering my passport and they gave some free breakfast vouchers as apology (wasn't needed, really only took a minute or two to fix). Would be better if had access to a 24hr washing machine.

A comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Reception staff spoke English which was very helpful.

Well located. Exceptionally clean room. Bed was comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. Definitely 4 star standard!
