Appleton Hotel recensioner

Spotted 1 cockroach during our 3 nite stay in this hotel, ok nalang compared to pillows hotel near Osmena Fuente. My king size bed was comfy, room service only forgot to top-up coffee sachets once after making up the room. What irritates me is the hotel/ room WiFi, very unstable and need to reset everyday by their service team in order to get internet service, otherwise it is always 'connected without internet'.

It was a nice stay. Check-in was smooth, they allow us to check in early. Service staffs are nice from bellman to front desk. Location is good, near to airport.

No value for money at all! Het personeel is met uitzondering niet echt geïnteresseerd en vriendelijk. Wel voordurend druk met zich zelf en hun make-up. Totaal geen respect voor de gasten. Badkamers zijn echt aan renovatie toe.. Super gehorig. Ontbijt matig.. Beter zonder ontbijt je kamer boeken. Maar de kamer waren wel rroyaal. Snap echt niet hoe ze daar aan zo'n goede beoordeling komen.

Very good location for access to airport with a free shuttle bus service. Clean and tidy very good quality for the price. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance

Had a wonderful stay and the location of the hotel is very close to the airport. The breakfasg was good too.

Since we stay without breakfast, I can't give review their food service. The front desk staffs were gentle and nice, their housekeeping team addressed our needs accordingly. Shower a bit faulty, when turned into "cold" setting it flows a little but try setting it to "hot" and it's doing great but my kid can't tolerate it 😅 but it was fixed in no time. A/C working fine. It's accessible to sm hypermarket, robinson's supermarket and gaisano. And if you want to try...Ngohiong express were everywhere 😅

It would have been nice if the staff are more accommodating and friendlier. Some of the things in the room needs to be renovated and replace.

Nice location. Very accessible to restaurants, the outlets, supermarkets, banks and other necessary facilities. Good customer service. Polite and kind staff on duty. Will surely book again and will recommend to friends and families.
