Great hotel with a nice swimming pool. The staff crew was accommodating. Food was good if you compare with the average food outside the hotel:)

My friends really enjoyed the stay! Service is deluxe with open & friendly staff. The place is amazing & very conducive to relaxation.

Really awesome and accommodating service. The resort is one of the best I've experienced in this part of asia, in terms of the food, room quality, all the hardware and service as well. Aloher was super friendly and very helpful, the front office staff were all kind and warm too. Breakfast was excellent, but might need greater variety in the fruit section. Location was slightly off the beaten track but the private beach as a result was perfect.

Beautiful resort located right on the beach. The staff is friendly, the rooms have a nice view. The reef has some live corals and plenty of fish.

Breakfast, lobby service, and cleaning service are all friendly and nice.

I was truly impressed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire staff—from the concierge and reception team to the kitchen' staff, housekeeping, public area staff, and security. What made my stay even more special was how they accommodated my request for a high-floor room with a stunning partial ocean view. The room was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful details, from the plush pillows that ensured a great night's sleep to the automatic AC adjustment when the sliding door was opened. Breakfast was another highlight, and I must give special praise to the pastry chef—the croissants were exceptional, even better than those from some renowned pastry shops. Extra credit to the chef for such a delightful treat! Overall, my experience at The Reef was truly memorable, and I’ll cherish the wonderful moments it provided.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights aand 3 days, and overall we were satisfied. The most impressive thing was the kindness of the staff. They were always smiling and greeeting first. I especially want to mention one person. While having breakfast in the restaurant, there was a staff member with a big smile whom I want to recongnize by her name: Her name was Andrea. She was so kind that food tasted even better. One thing I was disappointed about was room service. The TV didn't work in the room, so I couldn't wathch the news. Regular services including bedsheet & beth towels changes was not smooth.

Lovely resort. The swimming pool are perfect. Staff are very nice including Louise etc.

The reception staff were flexible and exceptionally kind. The facilities were spotless and state-of-the-art, and snorkeling at the private beach exceeded our expectations.

The service was superb. The staff was accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was great. I will surely book again.

We stayed at The Reef to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The view was breathtaking, and our room was clear, spacious, and comfortable. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was clean. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the fresh and delicious bakery items. However, the restaurant’s other meals were disappointing, lacking in flavor. Additionally, they ran out of candles for the birthday cake, which was an odd and unfortunate oversight. Overall, The Reef offers beautiful views, great amenities, and a lovely breakfast, but improving the dining experience and attention to small details would make it even better

Everything was great, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
