The hotel is clean and very relaxing, and the staff is very accommodating. They make sure that we are comfortable, and we will definitely come back soon when the pool is open. Also, all of their foods are good and yummy.

I love the place even if the swimming pool is under renovation. I will go back here soon

Great hotel, good for an unwind vacation since it’s far from the main city so better stay in the hotel for the whole tome and just relax

Staff are very accommodating and always smiling, the room was so comfortable and clean, although the location was a bit too far from the city.. but quite relaxing though

This was my first day at Mactan after staying a few days at Moalboal. The beach was a bit murky but there were free live vests and bouncy playground to use. The day wasn’t sunny so I just chilled at the sunbed and used the pool. There wasnt a lot of people at the pool and there was also a smaller pool for kids. The pancakes served for breakfast was so fluffy and delicious but there were only 4 types of fruits and they didnt refill them ;-; The staff were really nice and the rooms were pretty clean too!

This Hotel was advertised by TRIP.COM with a picture of a ONE and ONLY beautiful pool which is one of the biggest reason why I booked it. Once the booking was confirmed I received an email, on the bottom of that email there was an important information about the hotel was going under construction. I emailed and called TRIP.COM, I was notified that the ONLY POOL will NOT be available on those dates, I then requested for a cancellation and for a full refund within the same day of my booking. I was promised by the representative that they will contact the hotel on my behalf for the cancellation. TRIP.COM had me wait a couple days to tell me it was declined by the hotel. I did not checked in to this hotel and booked another hotel and continued to work with TRIP.COM but all I got was more LIES I contacted the hotel and hotel’s third party reservation service and I was told TRIP.COM never notified them of the request. PLEASE do NOT book through this site.. DO NOT let TRIP.COM ruined your vacation. What is advertised is NOT TRUE, you will not know until it’s too late. DO NOT TRUST this company.
