Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel recensioner

Costabella Resort is nice and clean. Kind staff. Foods are delicious. They have a variety kind of foods. We had a great stay at this hotel.

The stay is good the breakfast limited food but service only ok but the environment is good and the beach is good

the place is well maintained. its clean and has nice landscaping. we has a big bedroom and its clean. i really like the fast internet with no PW . staff very courteous

It was okay. The people working there were very friendly and the layout of the place was decent. There’s a lot of construction going on; the spa was closed and they’d be spray painting the bridge going over the pool while people were in the pool. It looked like a job that could’ve been done in a day which they stretched out the entire duration (probably still a parking on it now). The spa was the same- closed and under construction the whole time. The place is next to a big vacant construction lot where dogs would howl for the majority of the night. The majority of the food was awful and overpriced, you’re better off going out to eat. To put it into perspective, a beer at the fanciest restaurant outside the hotel cost 125 pesos, there it cost 265. I accidentally booked 7 days instead of 6 and they wouldn’t refund me which is mainly why I’m writing this brutally honest review. Bluewater down the road it’s much better.

It was a terrible experience! We stayed here for 5 nights hoping for a peaceful beach holiday. Sadly, it wasn’t. This hotel held events non-stop every SINGLE day!! There was even one day where FOUR events happening at the same time. We felt like we weren’t in a hotel, it’s like we were in a MARKET! If they want to do events to earn extra money, do it somewhere else, not together with your hotel guests. There were so much noise, people singing ktv, people yelling left and right. It was ridiculous! The staffs were great, rooms are quite old fashioned, housekeeping not so great (never swept the floor), location is just so-so. I would never ever come back to this place even for free for a holiday.

The feeling is your like an a different country! Some building are bit old but you'love it

This was a quick stop over for me to catch the planes. It was safe and clean and friendly service. Hotel room was okay. Air conditioner was very loud. Food was ok. This place is not a vacation place for me. I prefer less tourists and the water at the ocean was just not appealing.

Amazing hotel with unbelievably helpful staff! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Everything is provided for you so there is no need to travel outside the resort :)

Absolutely shitfood on breakfast. Rooms - ok. Beach - ok. Bar A ok. Restaurant - ok. Location a bit far from civilization, but ok.

Good room and good service

Great hotel with its own beach! We booked 2 deluxe pool side rooms at Costabella and we were very happy with the rooms. They were very spacious and the views from our rooms were fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay here, there were heaps of beautiful lounger around the pool and at the beach. Free use of paddle board and canoes. We stayed at the Costabella for 3 nights and it was a very relaxing stay. The property is old but very well maintained and all staff were so helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, food at restaurant was scrumptious, drinks at Luna bar great and there is a free pool table to play on. The only negative we found about Costabella was that you can’t just walk out the property to go to a convenience store or another restaurant. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle then this is the place to stay. Yes, we would come back again to Costabella but next time we will bring our own snacks and drinks.
