La Fiermontina Ocean

The location is of course stunning.. nothing to say about that. I’ve chosen this resort to stay one night along the coastline during my tour in Morocco, on the way to Casablanca. Being as well an half Italian property (I’m Italian) I thought was an additional guarantee of good hospitality and excellence but I was deeply wrong. Let’s start with the arrival experience: I’ve received a message one day in advance asking the time of my arrival, which I communicate was in late afternoon. When we arrived, we were briefed by the first NOT WELL TRAINED member of the staff. We mentioned we were quite tired since we had a long drive and we arrived at 18:00hrs. As a staff, you should know we have only one night stay.. therefore it’s useless giving me a long briefing regarding horse riding and other activities which I can’t do. But the joke was the beach access..after explaining how much the beach bar is amazing etc, he told us that there is a common shuttle with a ride of 20minutes and the last one was at 17:15hrs. When you pay 700euro a night, in a property of more or less 20 villas (not hundreds), you expect there’s a private shuttle service. I work in Maldives in a 90villas property and there’s private buggy service available all day long. Especially if a property is located on the hill, and it takes 20 minutes ride.. what do you expect?! If I would like to watch the sunset on the beach, shall I take 2 hours walk and come back with the dark?!? What we politely asked was to get us there just to have at least a look and take couple of pictures. (No swimming, no sunbathing etc). Answer: NO. Why?! Cause the 02 buggies are busy in taking the other guests back from the beach.. maybe due the fact that I stay only one night, I wasn’t considered a guest as well. Such a shame! Thousands point lost in what is GOOD CUSTOMER CARE AND PERSONALISED SERVICE! Ok, we gave up with the idea of seeing the beach..and we decided to enjoy our villa, which unfortunately we found out was one of the worst.. pool dirty (with dead bees and leaves), walls with cracks, curtains broken, toilet door handle broken, lights not working. So I decided to use the reception chat to communicate the issues.. answer: “Will send maintenance!” Sorry but my villas should have checked as per standard before my arrival! Especially I guess that if I check in at 06:00pm you have plenty of time to do that!!! I decline since having few hours till the end of the day, I don’t want to waste my time in having staff in the villa who works and invade my privacy. Then they mentioned the general manager would like to meet us.. same, sorry I don’t waste my time listening to apologies of a person clearly unable to run a luxury property. We decided to go dinner.. and same.. if you know how to do hospitality job, you should have fixed all the above issues during the time of the turndown, when we were out of the villa. But nothing has been done except the cleanings.. not even an apology card with some recovery ameniti

Nous avons passé un court séjour à Fiermontina Ocean, une expérience véritablement inoubliable. Le site est encore plus impressionnant que sur les photos, avec une vue imprenable qui nous a émerveillés. Séjourner à Dchier a été une expérience incroyable. Les installations sont très confortables et offrent tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour parfait. Le service était exceptionnel, et nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Rahma, qui a été aux petits soins lors du petit-déjeuner. Un grand merci également à Ayman et au manager du site, qui ont fait preuve d’une attention et d’une gentillesse remarquables tout au long de notre séjour. C’est une destination que je recommande vivement et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Cercavo, in Marocco, una struttura, sull’oceano, che non avesse l’aspetto del solito albergone internazionale… e ho trovato, a un’ora di distanza da Tangeri, la Fiermontina Ocean… un autentico paradiso, che comunica una profonda sensazione di benessere: poche ville individuali, immerse in una proprietà verdeggiante, molto estesa, davanti all’oceano. Ristorante superbo, con lo chef italiano Alessandro Pascoli . Personale molto garbato e disponibile.

Nous avons été accueilli par une demoiselle très professionnelle, qui a prit le temps de nous faire visiter leur petit hameau ainsi que les villas, et nous a proposé la suite avec piscine en payant un supplément. Petit malentendu sur le tarif puisque nous devions avoir une piscine chauffée, qui finalement ne pouvait pas l’être (puisqu’il faut 48h de chauffe) sur 1 nuitée. Le réceptionniste nous a donc fait une remise en s’excusant. La suite était très propre, nous avons pu admirer le couché de soleil exceptionnel sur l’océan, dans un silence décontractant. Plage non accessible à pied, uniquement par navette à des heures fixes. Dommage ! Le restaurant propose une cuisine marocaine et italienne, excellente digne d’un Gastronomique. Petit déjeuner en buffet, très bien présenté, riche et varié. Le service était de qualité, personnel attentif et discret. Activités excessivement chères : balade à cheval et le pique-nique couché de soleil.

Nous avons effectué un séjour à la Fiermontina océan qui etait incroyable, la suite offre une vue magnifique sur l’océan et les collines. Le service de l’hôtel est irréprochable. Le restaurant et toutes les activités proposées sont excellent.

La Fiermontina Ocean est tout simplement un lieu exceptionnel. Dès que vous franchissez le seuil, vous ressentez immédiatement la sérénité et l’authenticité de cet endroit unique. Niché au cœur de la nature, cet hôtel est un véritable havre de paix où l'on peut enfin respirer, se reconnecter avec soi-même et se laisser bercer par le doux murmure de l'océan. Les vues sur la mer sont à couper le souffle, surtout au moment du coucher de soleil, où les couleurs embrasent le ciel dans un spectacle de lumière à la fois majestueux et apaisant. Le calme absolu qui règne ici est une véritable bénédiction pour l’âme. L’accueil est tout simplement chaleureux, marqué par une humanité rare qui vous fait sentir chez vous dès l’instant où vous arrivez. Le personnel allie discrétion et bienveillance, toujours prêt à rendre votre séjour inoubliable. L’élégance de chaque détail, du design des chambres à la présentation des plats, témoigne d’un goût raffiné et d’une grande attention portée au bien-être des hôtes. La cuisine, quant à elle, est un véritable voyage gastronomique, où chaque plat est une explosion de saveurs, un délice pour les gourmands. La Fiermontina Ocean n’est pas seulement un lieu où séjourner, c’est une expérience qui se vit avec tous les sens. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous ressourcer en toute tranquillité, entouré par la beauté naturelle et l’élégance, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Ce lieu est une perle rare, à découvrir absolument.
