The good: the staff is very friendly. The bad: Located on a very noisy street. Room could have been cleaner. The "safe" was broken and was not even fixed into the wall. No duvet, you must sleep under a blanket. Haven't done that since I was in the army. And the worst: I came in late, the hotel was fully booked but they offered me a "suite". This so called suite was smaller than a regular standard room, and older. No coffe maker or any of the stuff you'd expect in a suite. in short, a joke

This is by far the best hotel in Larisa, Greece. Should be 5-Stars!!! The Staff, the manager and the owners were so warm and accepting. They have the best beds and rooms in town. And there bar is perfect.

The staff at hotel Park are nothing short of incredible. They made me feel welcome and beyond appreciated. They never hesitated to ensure that we were satisfied and did everything possible to meet requests. I am beyond grateful and plan on returning and staying at hotel park many more times in the future.

Park hotel is very fresh and modern. Its location in the centre of the city is extremely convenient. Breakfast was of high quality and variety, but even if you choose to arrange your own there are at least 2 large bakeries in the area (not more than a couple of minutes from the hotel). The staff is very professional and polite. The rate for a double room was slightly pricey, considering that Larisa is not a very popular touristic destination, but all in all I would definitely recommend hotel Park to all my friends visiting Larisa.

Clean place and very friendly staff. Would recommend a stay for anyone. Found this place last minute travelling through and very glad we did. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again.

Receptionists are very kind and helpful. A continental breakfast is served with very good Greek specialties. The room was large, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Good choice of products in the bathroom, which was very clean and new.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights, arriving at 2 PM and parking in the hotel reserved spot. Check in was quick with copying passports, acquiring the room key and off to the elevator’s 4th floor. Wood floored room #402 was nice sized and opened to a small outfitted bathroom with 20 second hot water and a shower stall, then a large couch, very comfortable queen bed across a wall TV with excellent reception of many Greek channels (BBC, TRTWorld movies, shows on EPT2/3, OpenBeyond & mTV- all in English), a desk with chair and refer below, then dresser with hanging bar. Insulated French doors opened to a small balcony with chairs and a view over the park fountain. The secure room WIFI was excellent, 2 room outlets, good lighting, wall control for AC/heat and a quiet night’s sleep. The 7 AM breakfast served in the lobby dining area was outstanding; OJ, yogurt, fruit, several breads with jam, 3 types of eggs, muesli and other cereals, rice pudding, spinach/ham rolls, grilled feta tomatoes, homemade cakes and several types of coffee. This is a nice clean hotel with 54 rooms renovated in 2019 providing excellent value and service in downtown Larissa.

Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό στο μπάνιο. 10:30μ.μ! Παρα τη διαβεβαίωση του ευγενέστατου ρεσεψιονιστ. Πολύ φτωχά τα facilities Ούτε στο φθηνότερο ενοικιαζόμενο δεν έχει μόνο σαπούνι χεριών και κάκιστης ποιότητας αφρόλουτρα. Λιωμένες και γαριασμενες πετσέτες.

Condizionatore non funzionante. Dopo diversi tentativi, hanno detto che il sistema non dava nessun errore, e che se pensavo che il condizionatore non funzionava, potevo cambiare stanza. Peccato che ora mai era 01.00 e volevo solo dormire. Tempi di attesa al check-out, lunghissimi. Personale gentile e posto pulito e ordinato.
