La Veranda De Larnaca

Near airport, easy to find. Good restaurant in the same building. Only one minus - there are no markets or bakeries arround.

Hotel not so easy to find in the middle of the night, especially if taxi driver stops at the wrong house number. Self-check in was explained very good via e-mail some days ahead. Very clean new room, small tough. But sufficient for some days. On the long term I would miss a pool and the sea view as well.

The hotel was super clean and neat, that was great. The hotel staff was helpful. But the location was not so good, no shops around, and the beach was more far on foot than expected. No shampoo nor toothbrush were provided, but there is no place to buy them aroumd, so you need to be prepared. I choose this hotel to catch the early flight, since this hotel is close to the airport. So I asked the hotel to book a taxi. But the taxi charged me the fixed price of €20 for 5 minute drive. I should have stayed a hotel close to the city center and catch a meter taxi.

Five stars in each and every aspect and beyond! My experience: I have traveled around the globe and I am back in Larnaca, Cyprus and my second time staying in the same hotel based on my experience, last year! Same excellent service, like last year! Location: Near everything. I found that ALL my needs for travel are met , easily for the following reasons: 1. Clean and comfortable air conditioned rooms! 2. Near many restaurants, all types of restaurants are around me BUT I prefer Jasmine Garden, on site because of an excellent, experienced chef Richard! 3. Warm and welcoming reception staff: Amazing TEAM work, very good work ethics, team spirit, great attention to detail, and well coordinated! They even remembered me that I stayed last year! Head of the family, a Professional Engineer, makes sure that he listen carefully and answer with best of his ability to help solve your question! These family members have earned my respect due to excellent friendly customer service! 4. Rooms are large, clean, daily house keeping, safe, with entry codes for late entry, caring for kids, and providing crayons for little kids! Bed: Comfortable, towels have hotel signs. In room amenities include a small fridge, safe box, hangers, tea, and coffee. Bathrooms: Hot and cold shower. Clean toilet, large sink, and provided a pair of cups, glasses. Hall ways have automatic lights that turn on properly. Wifi is strong. Land line phone. Great attention is paid by the hotel owner to every little detail for great service! I am impressed and HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Size of hotel is large enough to be properly managed as a family business and crisp quality shows in it!

We only stayed at the La Veranda for one night due to a last minute change of plans which required a hotel close to the airport. This place ticked all boxes. A mere five minutes from the airport in a quite residential location. Lovely and very peaceful hotel. Comfortable room and beds. Nice balcony although the view is of the street. We ate at the restaurant - not much to choose from but my wife had the Sea Bream which she said was absolutely superb. Had it been closer to the area we eventually stayed in for the week we would have returned for another meal. Really friendly and would recommend.

What a lovely experience! I felt so welcomed and at ease landing as a black solo traveller. I really appreciated the kindness shown and the time everyone took to explain about the property and how to get around Larnaca. The owner of the Jasmine Restaurant was really kind. He's a good conversationalist and reminded me of being in Dubai with the mix of cultures. As a black solo traveller, Cyprus is not the easiest so La Veranda is definitely high on my list if you want to be treated well and welcomed as a tourist. Very What a lovely experience! Had I stayed there throughout my trip I may not have cut short my trip by 4 days. It was the best hotel service in Cyprus including Paphos. No complaints! Just wish breakfast was included. That would be a plus but not a deal breaker at all. The downside was the beds are quite low but this is something you see across Cyprus when you stay in different places. Highly recommend La Veranda if you're a solo traveller or couple. Black solo travellers take caution.

Late arrival at the airport so booked in for one night at La Veranda. Wasn’t expecting much for what we paid but was very pleasantly surprised. Almost midnight and there was someone there to meet us instead of being left to sort it out ourselves which was what I expected. Saying that the instructions were very concise how to get to your room if no-one there. Room was large and area and exceptionally clean. Beds very comfortable and tea/coffee faculties with milk. The bathroom was roomy with a big shower. We could hear the planes but not a bother to us. Air-con a godsend and it worked well. Had breakfast in the cafe in the morning. It was very nice and well presented by the friendly staff and reasonably priced. Would definitely use again for a stop over before heading off to the further reaches of Cyprus and I highly recommend this hotel. I

Very nice place . Comfortable and friendly and clean Near by the beach and restaurants Team friendly, especially rafaella from reception and renata from restaurant. I recommend the hotel for families and couples We have stayed in room 316 on 15th to 16 Aug 2024. Regards to all
