Mandarin Oriental, Santiago recensioner

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of "the best" hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

대중교통을 바로 탈 수 있는 위치는 아닙니다. 야외 수영장은 온수가 아니어서 현재는 물이 매우 차가워서 수영을 할 수 없었습니다. 하지만 gym 시설이 좋았습니다. 간단한 과일, 물이 구비되어있었습니다. 특히 물, 탄산수는 계속 공급되어 부족함 없이 즐겼습니다. 샤워부스에 문제가 있었는데 방 교체는 물론 와인까지 선물로 주셔서 서비스에 다시 한 번 감동했습니다!

酒店服務有Whatsapp聯繫，基本隨叫隨到，跑了這麼多國家這個服務是唯一且最佳 早餐服務一般，不主動讓你下單額外製作的egg 酒店位置不如萬豪，但是這個服務讓我下次應該還是選它

酒店位於市中心，為客人提供了一次難忘的住宿體驗。酒店的設計充滿東方風情，融合了現代舒適和傳統韻味。客房設施一應俱全，寬敞舒適，設有豪華浴室和舒適的床鋪。服務態度熱情周到，員工專業且樂於助人。酒店內的餐飲選擇豐富多樣，無論是地道的亞洲美食還是國際化的菜餚，品質都令人滿意。此外，酒店還設有健身中心和室外游泳池，提供了休閑放鬆的理想場所。

入住辦了四十分鐘，攜程預訂的時候不知道是弄錯了我的名字還是什麼，等了巨久。 但景色沒的説，特別美

酒店在一個轉盤路口，交通還算方便。到旁邊的商場步行大概10分鐘。周邊區域比較安全，中國人住的也比較多，設施比較老了。 服務還可以，門廳會主動打招呼，幫忙拎行李，開門。 房間打掃第一天未補充瓶裝水，未更換毛巾，地巾打開還是第一天的濕的。住了5天，未補充洗漱用品或潤膚露（洗漱用品是掛牆的大瓶裝，和快捷酒店一樣），未補充一次性拖鞋。 房間每天打掃兩次，晚上有開床服務加打掃。後面兩天客房打掃服務還行。 客房點餐價格還比較合適，服務也不錯，口味也好。 早餐相對比較簡單，幾乎都是冷食，不適合中國胃。有冷切水果，獼猴桃，橙子，草莓，都比較酸+香蕉蘋果。有一個枱子是麥片堅果類，一個枱子麪包類，一個枱子冷食火腿煙燻三文魚類，其他沒什麼了。早餐個別服務員不是很好，其中一個年紀大點的男服務員，就倒了個咖啡，沒啥互動，在離開的時候讓等着，讓簽單小費（you HAVE TO sign this bill）。説了這個，肯定不給了。 樓下的日料和祕魯融合餐廳用餐，生魚片上桌的時候，底層的冰已經一半化成水了，導致生魚片已經泡在水裡。醬油是老抽，不過隔壁阿根廷朋友説他們這一圈都是用這種醬油。當成普通餐廳吃吃還好吧，當成高檔餐廳還是有距離

位置好，房間大，服務到位，早餐豐富，住的很舒服。周邊環境好，緊鄰大商場、超市，吃飯一條街，選擇很多。

衞生條件環境都還不錯。給人的服務也很滿意。地理位置離大型超市也很近。早餐很豐富

服務很差。我12點到酒店。讓我3點半後才能辦理入住。服務最差的酒店。
