Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel severely impacted what should have been a joyful honeymoon. We encountered several major issues that made our experience distressing from the start. • Upon arrival, we noticed a foul odor in our room, which persisted despite our request for cleaning. It turned out the smell was coming from the toilet sewers, making our stay uncomfortable. • The worst incident happened in the dining area, where a horrendous smell from the kitchen made me physically ill. When I checked the kitchen, I found it in a shocking state, with rotten food left out and pans with decaying food on the stovetop. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and ruined what should have been a special trip for us. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to prevent future guests from enduring the same.

Didn’t really live up to expectations… the room was very small.. the bathroom had a squeaky glass door so not much privacy. Unfortunately our room 33 was under the bar and there was no sound proofing at all… the bar had only just opened but we heard it all day as they set it up. The pool on the upper terrace was tiny and cold and was basically just a bird bath… lots of birds drinking and going in!! I guess if it had been cheap we wouldn’t have minded but it was expensive for what we got… room only. It overlooks a derelict building. On a positive the road the hotel is on is quiet at night and it’s in a great position to see la Vegueta which was a wonderful small Spanish town. The staff were lovely and the bed was reasonably comfy.

This is a very nice place ton relax. Views to the cathedral are amazing and its the perfect place to rest and chill. Either with couple or on your own this hotel offers a quality service. Breaksfast are very nice and according to the prices its better than having your early meal outside. a nice breakfast before you go and paint the town read.

We visited Vegueta on a cruise and saw this beautiful hotel that we thought we might like to revisit and stay for a few days. We went up to the roof terrace and it was spectacular - however the waiter then ruined the whole experience - he obviously did not want to serve us and was extremely dismissive. What a shame - would not consider booking this hotel now

Premetto di aver prenotato direttamente dal loro sito 2 stanze per 5 notti, poi abbiamo chiesto di ridurre di una notte e sono stati molto disponibili nella richiesta. D’altro canto le note dolenti sono una pulizia non molto approfondita della stanza, personale disponibile ma un pó inesperto (la seconda notte siamo rimasti senza acqua perché hanno dimenticato di fornirci l’acqua in bottiglia), ci è stato sollecitato il pagamento via whatsapp e dopo aver pagato ci hanno chiesto un ulteriore pagamento per la colazione perché non incluso nei precedenti pagamenti già effettuati. Il ristorante (accessibile anche a chi non alloggia) è ben fatto, lo chef molto disponibile e la qualità è molto buona. La posizione è a 2 passi dalla cattedrale e circa 200 metri dalla fermata dell’autobus che collega con diversi punti di interesse. Rapporto qualità prezzo forse rivedibile. La piscina è pressoché una vasca…

Una certa delusione .... Piscina praticamente inesistente. Quella si chiama vasca. La stanza pittosto piccola ha solo una finestra che affaccia in un vano chiuso. Nel bagno manca il bidet. La colazione è discreta ma al costo di 15 mi sembra esagerata. La nota migliore è la posizione. Praticamente nel centro storico alle spalle della cattedrale

Un hotel pequeñito,muy cuco y estupendamente situado. Fuimos un fin de semana y la experiencia fue fantástica, el personal nos trató maravillosamente,muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento. Es el sitio de ideal para un fin de semana en la ciudad ya que estás en pleno casco antiguo. Para repetir!

El hotel es bonito y su ubicación es perfecta.La piscina es muy pequeña, algo más grande que un jacuzzi. Algunas habitaciones son interiores, cosa que desconocía y apenas se puede abrir la ventana por la cortina.Dan a un patio interior mínimo y oscuro.De día son algo lúgubres por este motivo. El salón del desayuno tiene muy sucia la tapicería de los bancos,llena de manchas. El buffet repite varios días los bizcochos,tostadas o fruta sobrantes de días anteriores y se nota ya que han perdido frescura.Los botes de yogur están sin identificar y no son higiénicos a la hora de servirse.Pero es variado y suficiente. En la habitación no vaciaron la papelera del baño los 3 días que pasamos en el hotel. Tampoco recogieron vasos y botellas de agua de cortesía vacias que se quedaban en las mesillas o en escritorio. El personal es muy amable y considerado tanto en recepción como en el salón de desayuno. La decoración es encantadora Por eso lo negativo no se comprende

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait à l'hôtel, L'accueil de Laura à été chaleureux et Laura à été de très bon conseil sur les visites alentours à l'hôtel. Nous avons eu la chambre 34 qui était de grande qualité dans les équipements, L'hotel est silencieux et le restaurant de l'hôtel délicieux ! Comme l'hôtel est en centre ville, les places de parking sont difficiles à trouver, mais l'hôtel propose un parking sous terrain a 12e par jours à proximité, ce qui est super pour la sécurité !
