The Linq Hotel + Experience recensioner

The hotel is clean and being renovated not long ago. The location is very convenient and accessible to everything. Highly recommended.

Clean room. Easy self parking. Only a few seats for free at swimming pools.

The location was great as it was right in the heart of the strip. The bed was comfortable, but the shower head was not very functional. There was no way to adjust it and for a hotel like this they should upgrade this feature. As for the service, most with few exceptions were quite rude and disinterested in giving service. They actually seemed annoyed if you asked a question. Overall, we felt the hotel was overpriced for what you receive.

What we loved most about this hotel was its central and super convenient location right on the Las Vegas strip! It is close to all the action, like the Bellagio fountains and plethora of bars and restaurants. The Linq has digital kiosks that allow you to bypass the lineups at the front desk and check in/out yourself. We even loved the check out email that was sent to my cell phone on our last night allowing us to start the check out process from our room. Speaking of room, we had 2 double beds which were comfy and the room was quite spacious despite not having a view. There were plenty of charging outlets conveniently located in the room; however, only 2 devices could connect to the wifi for free per room and that was kind of a bummer. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was hot; it also included liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Our room lacked a fridge, even though there was a space for it. We didn't make much use of the safe. Overall, we had a great night's sleep and the sound insulation where we were was perfect.

Hotel did the job for us after we had a split stay first at the Venetian. Obviously doesn't compare to that but location was fab. Gave a party vibe but we never found it to be overly loud in our room. Most pool chair/beds appeared as if they were booking only so we couldnt sit by the pool unless we paid over $100.

Limited Front desk Staff and they didn’t attempt resolve the self check in issue, however the room is incredibly big and Worth for staying at the price point..

Checkin is 3:30 it will cost 60 dollars to check in early, I was happy to place my bags free of charge with the bell hop and hit the casino for a few hours before checkin. Once checked in the room was spot on. Clean with everything that’s needed for a vegas trip. Location is amazing. Can walk to all the hot spots and sights within minutes. It’s also connected to the monorail which runs behind the hotel and can take you to and from the north and south strip within minutes. Wish I booked a longer stay within linq fantastic hotel

I haven’t stayed in the Linq for quite some time so I figured I give it a shot. Big mistake… When I checked in the safe was locked so I asked the front desk to send someone to open it. Took three phone calls by the time someone came who did not have the tools needed. I was told someone was coming later to get it done… It was past 1am so I had to call it a night. Next morning called again, this time it took two attempts to finally get it done. I had late night meetings so I asked for a late checkout, I was hoping for noon instead of 11am but was flat out refused. I’m spending approximately four and a half months out of a year in hotels - yes, I travel a lot for business - and don’t have to use it often but here and there I ask for a late checkout. Never been refused yet until now in the Linq. In fact, the lady I talked on the phone with sounded like she was very annoyed by me even asking for such a thing. Not much better attitude when I came down to check out. I walked up to a lady at the front desk who did not feel like checking me out but simply sent me to the self check out machine. I tried but the machine didn’t work. I flagged her down to help me just to realize that the machine really didn’t work. Sent me over to the next one and guess what? I’d didn’t work either… Then finally she was willing to check me out manually while looking really annoyed that she had to deal with this. By this time there was a line behind me of other frustrated guests who also complained about the hassle I just went through. So at the end I was denied a late checkout but I guess it was ok that I had to spend a lot of my time just to go through the process while dealing with people who seemingly misunderstood the point of hospitality… I’m spending my money on hotel stays and the Linq is not one of those I’m willing to spend a penny on in the future. Fooled me once… The location of course is good and the room was otherwise ok

I think this hotel offers nothing too much on the casino or the experience side. Therefore, it is just a bland middle ground hotel that l will skip for the next trip.

This is one of the most confusing, poorly signed hotels I've ever been to. Vegas is a busy place and there's so much confusion as to where to go, which section your room is in, and how to get to the parking. The parking is like a maze of poorly signed confusion. The staff are also overwhelmed and don't always have time to help you properly. No room cleaning unless you specifically request it. The one good thing is its location North strip opposite Ceasers Palace which has better signage and isn't as confusing.

This is the most money I've ever spent on such a terrible hotel. Check-in was later than stated when we booked (unless we wanted to pay extra). The resort fee was $45 a day instead of the $39 quoted to us (not a huge difference but irritating). There were weird orange stains on the walls. The bathroom was behind a sliding barn door that gave you no privacy. Entrances were fenced in, making it difficult to get elsewhere on the strip. Worst, it was LOUD. We heard every noise from the hall and every noise from the street. We were kept awake all night by rowdy drunks in the hall and honking outside.

One of the worst.. Resort fees and parking fees are practically a scam.

Convenient location. However, the swimming pool is small and crowded, not worth for resort fees of $50

Stayed during EDC weekend. Even though they were overwhelmed with guest, staff and service was still amazing. The hotel is under renovation right now and staff upgraded us to the newer side.
