This is the only place we stay in vegas. It's close to the strip and right next to the Sphere. Having the kitchenette is super convenient.

I was with 3 family members and a friend. We traveled from Ohio to see the Browns play the Raiders. We were impressed with hot big this resort was, and all of the amenities of our hotel. It was nice to be able to cook food, have a large refrigerator, make our own coffee, and wash our clothes before we went home. The resort has 5 pools, which I did not expect. This was a very good deal, and a great location.

This day was a trip to the sphere. I'll leave my pros and con. Pros Proximity to the Sphere. Ask for a room towards the rear of the property and go through the back entrance. The walk takes you right to the plaza entrance of the sphere. There's no casino on-site and I wasn't there to gamble so that was nice. The room was spacious with a full kitchen and I had a view of the sphere. I would request building 13 upper level view of the sphere. Cons The room had a few broken items including the faucet and a part of the microwave. I made sure to point those out upon departure to make sure I wasn't charged for them. We were in building 15 and the pool in the Courtyard was filthy. Not just the water but the tiles going around the edge as well. Food in the restaurant took forever the 1st day we were there. I would recommend going somewhere else.

the hotel asked for $90++ per day for housekeeping. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the reservation that housekeeping is charged extra and I wasn’t informed of this while checking in.

Having return from my beautiful experience prior this time was not the same. Done what I've never done before stopped at Walmart and got some groceries to make some breakfast turned on the oven placed the beacon started to make the eggs and a bunch of roaches processed to come out from all over. Completely disgusted stopped called front desk they said someone will be out shortly. Called back after sitting patiently for about an hour called back the younglady had someone out. He sprayed some stuff and said onec we some back they should be laid out dead. For who to clean up had to call for towels no room service. Pool was dirty the only one they keep presentable is the one in the front w the waterfall for appearance. Not what I had experienced in my prior visits. Explained the inconvenience at check out due to the roach infestation and she was completely dismissive I never leave reviews but this experience was disappointing
