Great hotel, good amenities service is great

Great experience at The Orleans. Room was pretty comfortable and the views were awesome.

Convenient location. Off strip but close enough to the Strip, Chinatown (the good food!) and freeway. Free parking. The only down side I can think of is the small window by the bath tub. It’s a clear window with no curtain. We could see other rooms from that window, so we decided to use a towel to cover it up.

The hotel is about a $20 cab or Uber away from the strip and feels a little dated, but that's the only critical bit. The room was clean and spacious, and the linens were clean. The hot water was exceedingly good as well. But the best part is the hotel sending my money back to me when I overpaid upon arrival due to my prepaying online as well.

Cheaper, off strip casino. Has decent rooms and clean, but no coffee maker or water in the rooms (like many Vegas casinos that are cheap). It’s old and run down, and a bit far from the strip. Their business center also charged me almost twenty bucks for receiving a package for me from Amazon. Had I known, I wouldn’t order it… ***. Overall, avoid it, but it’s still acceptable. Way better than the disasters of Circus and the old Rio rooms (the renovated Rio rooms are great).

I really enjoy the live Keno there and the fact that it's one of or possibly the only places in Vegas that runs Keno 24/7. The ***** are hit or miss. I seem to win a bit more than I lose. The rooms are really nice. I always get a room w a king size bed and a view of the Strip. The room has a nice little side area w small couch a nice comfy chair.lose

I love The Orleans. Great food, shows, pool area and gambling options. I wish they had a couple more breakfast restaurants for options, but overall everything is great!

The Orleans hotel and casino is an old hotel but it is big. The hotel looks old.. carpet and room is so worn out. We will book other new hotel should we go to Las Vegas again. The service was very slow when the electricity stripped down, it took more than 2 hours for the technician to come.. and the front desk refused to change room for us..
