The property was okay. They need to pay more attention when clean it. The staff isnt available at night, but they're kind.

Rebecca was awesome in checking us in. Thanks to all the staff for accommodating our late checkin. The location was conveniently right near the freeway.

Front desk service was good and friendly. Only downfall was we saw multiple cockroaches in the room.

DISABLED PEOPLE BEWARE: the "ADA room," while spacious, is not actually ADA compliant. The toilet is too low and the only grab bar is BEHIND the toilet which is...unhelpful at best. The only reason we were able to stay was that we had brought our own over-the-toilet commode that is proper height and has its own grab bars. Without that it would have been impossible for me, as a wheelchair user, to go to the bathroom in the "ADA" room. Also, they claim 24/7 staff availability (including the sign on the door and our check-in paperwork!) Still, we called weeks in advance to let them know that we would arrive after 3am. They told us it was no problem and gave us a number to call. We arrived at 4:40am, immediately called the number and left a message and got ne response. We also went into the lobby (the door is always open) and called for a staff person and got no response. At 5am someone who we later learned was the on-site security person who was supposed to check us in when we arrived came by the van and told us that there is nobody there between 5am and 8am (at that time, she told us that she didn't work there.) We had no choice, after a 14 hour drive, but to sit in our van for over three hours for staff to arrive and check us in. The staff were all very kind and responsive, unfortunately the manager was rude and unhelpful. The free donuts are a nice touch.

I wanted a room with a coach and never got one. the pictures on the Las Vegas website and the ******* website for the executive room both show a coach in the pictures. There was none!!! they told me if i wanted to book again and mention before i booked that i wanted that kind of room i would have to ask ahead.
