Although the hotel is kind of far from the strip, but the place was cozy and the bed was comfy👍🏻 The staff on the counter and in the casino were very friendly!! We liked it overall☺️☺️☺️

We have never used this pool! It was always closed or under maintenance! Very disappointed. My kids kept asking To swim and was never had h to Chance to Until we go home. What a bummer

Wide space rooms. Super clean and breakfast is ok. Lots of parking. I just live the new smell of the rooms and carpet is clean and new. Bed is comfy

Rooms were clean and big but due to the proximity to the airport the rooms might be a little noisy from the planes. Unfortunately on the day of the stay, there was a system testing which woke us up

Service was easy and fast the amenities are not worth it. They charge a resort fee but this $150 fee covers absolutely nothing it says you get a 20 percent discount on select items but the only great thing in the hotel is the forte pizza. The pool is nice. The beach club has a $50 seating minimum. Overall a great experience. I’ll probably try another hotel next time I come to Vegas though.

Slow check in service and my family and I woke up with bed bug bites need a refund

Checking in was a breeze however there was a protest going on when I visited and it set the mood before I entered the building. Protestors were animal like with no regards to others as they played loud music and mocked drivers entering in and out of the building. Rooms were standard and photos definitely showed better than in person. Clean rooms at affordable prices, no other complaints here!

Beautiful revamped hotel. Overall a fantastic experience! Gave us a complimentary birthday upgrade to a beautiful huge suite in the ruby tower. They have a couple of towers, but ruby tower is the tower you will want to be in, w a close by self parking garage connected and a more dedicated check in lobby. You also get direct lift lobby access to the gym, pool and juice bar. Hotel was connected to the casino floor and direct access to plenty of restaurants. We tried 1 of them and even though pricey, it did not disappoint. Service was decent for a hotel of this size. Rooms were well designed and quite high tech. Just remember to not touch the sensor activated mini bar at all cost - unless you want to pay through your nose. Saw that you could order room service and the prices were similar to the restaurant prices we went to, so that was quite nice. Views were ok, not the best but acceptable, we faced the pool and given it was low season, it wasn’t noisy at all. The carpark felt fairly safe, we noticed security patrolling a couple of times. There is a valet parking option if you like. Great option to stay at as the other hotels on the strip all charge crazy daily parking rates. Location from the strip is way nearer than it looks, an easy straight road walk down for about 15-20 mins, and you’ll get to the miracle mile shopping centre and the strip. Once you’re back at the hotel, you are away from all the crazy and in a very safe space. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for sure!

The hotel was average. The room was a bit like a Premier Inn but not as good as there were no tea or coffee making facilities. Water was provided but only in two very small bottles - apart from being stingy this uses a lot of plastic, why can't water be provided in a large glass bottle or have places where you can refill your water in the hotel? I had to move rooms - I was in 20777 Canyon Tower and the fire alarm had a green flashing light which lit up the whole room and kept me awake, it was also cold in the room, I tried turning up the thermostat but it didn't help, and then the light on that kept going on and off too. It would have been nice if there were extra blankets in the rooms. There was also chewing gum in the bathroom bin making me unsure of how clean everything was. The second room 20877 was fine, no flashing light, clean, and warm (photos are of this rooms bathroom). The hotel staff were friendly and moved me with no problem. Also, bear in mind the hotel is close to the airport and the planes are very loud, not the best for a good nights sleep. The Kitchen did a good breakfast.

The hotel is newer. And we loved the fact that it’s clean, children freely, pet friendly, and not too crazy since it’s a little away from the strip. The only downside because it’s away from the strip, it can be a pain to walk back and forth. We spent Lyft from hotel to strip about $17 to $30 depending what time of the day. It’s possible to walk but not on a hot summer days. The pool is clean, the surroundings are well maintained.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There's no one next door until 3 a.m. and the TV is playing, so it's hard to sleep. They gave me a connect room, which means there is a door between rooms. If there is a TV or other sounds next door, it will be very noisy.The hotel has a huge problem with arranging rooms. Choose carefully!!!

Excellent room, issues with the employees strike

It was a great stay, Hotel furniture very new and clean .. I recommended this place.
