Luxor Hotel & Casino recensioner

Stayed here for just under a week. Tower room was nice, very spacious and comfy bed. Unfortunately hairdryer was broken and there is no fridge in the room which is quite inconvenient! Cleanliness could be better as well, a lot of dust behind tables and hair in the shower drain - bit gross! A big issue for me is that all the water in the hotel had chlorine in it- very strong smell when using the bath and shower. The chlorine bleached my hair of its colour and also left my skin really dry and irritated. All the staff were lovely.

I am very happy to write this review. Overall, it was fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and the rooms which i was stayed were very clean, spacious and well equipped with necessary amenities. The hotel ambiance was delightful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The buffet were very nice and they got all kind of choices which makes it special. From the hotel there were access to the nearby other hotels. Overall, I had a memorable stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for those in tight budget. We upgraded into Suit so we love our room. The hotel are very rich in architecture design in a unique way and we dearly love their lunch buffet with loads of palatable selection. Two thumbs up to all staffs for friendly athmosphere all the time, can't fault anyone!!!👌👍🫶💖❤️

One of the worst hotels we’ve been visited.Super old rooms,everything is broken,smells bad.Wi fi cost $,parking cost $.Elevators super old.This hotel needs a renovation.It looks nice only on the pictures and from outside.

Customer service was great and friendly, the hotel was clean. Check in and check out was easy-peasy!

Stayed in the pyramid room. The room was clean. There is free tram service to Madalay Bay and Excalibur. Pool was not open in Nov. Overall we enjoyes the stay

Don’t expect any amenities from the hotel and everything is chargeable from kettle refrigerator Slow WiFi and not so warm heater And the hotel was generous with the disposable plastic cups

Make sure you bring all your toiletries cos there is none and no bar fridge,no kettle and no microwave.it is far from balagio water fountain. Everything is chargeable. But there is free tram from mgm gold hotel to Luxor.

Good overall but long quest for check in and parking very difficult to find.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to key spots and easy to get to. The amenities were great, and everything was well-kept. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Pretty amazing interior design and amenities, however, the cleanliness and service of hotel staffs could be better.

Worst service ever. Filthy. Gross. Outdated. No fridge except for $25 rental each night. Stay away from this place with their resort fees. Unfriendly staff. 15 min hold for customer service. Seems like they are trying to squeak out every last penny out of this place before they demolish this place.

The good: fresh crisp bright white linens, the buffet, the customer service, pool, parking facility with active security presence The bad: bathroom cleanliness upon arrival (better after first day room freshen up, though), the elevators (stayed in Purple Elevator section… 2 didn’t work, the two that did were shaky and took forever), no in room refrigerator, phone didn’t work, Overall good stay. Would return

No coffee maker, no microwave in the room, maybe this is the most basic room? But you didn't make it clear before, we wanted to upgrade the room when we checked in, but it was not allowed at the counter.
