Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino recensioner

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!!!The staffs are fabulous and friendly all the time. Keep it up Mandalay!!!👍✌️💖❤️🫶🥰

Got a room upgrade offer from the MGM app. I had a good time. The elevators are efficient

The Mandalay Bay has all the amenities you need to be comfortable and relaxed. It has many restaurants to choose from and the selection is amazing. The location is was perfect for us because we just wanted to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from our suite. We called for TV repair and the technician quickly came to fix the issue. We ate dinner at the House of Blues and enjoyed live music, and enjoyed breakfast at the cafe. 

Change us to another Hotel room W. We though it would be a upgrade but instead it's a downgrade. Gave us room 60-801. I have never stayed in a W that small. With no coffee machine and small room. We used to stay in Mandalay Bay and it's alway big and comfortable but not this hotel....

The room is spacious but outdated. It can use an upgrade to modern furniture. Other than that, the bed is comfortable and great customer service. I would stay here again.

The impression I got was that the hotel is trying to cheat customers out of money instead of providing high quality service. Hidden charges and no complementary water or coffee reek of a service below budget level. $25 charge for water in the room that should be complementary. $16 for Keurig cup coffee in the room. We stayed two nights at Delano side. Room cost is about 590USD.

Kids enjoying the beach, lazy river and the pool! I *** at some **** ********! Great vacation, the tram to other MGM resorts for shows saved us a lot of time!

Decent hotel for the price. For strip view rooms avoid the the 7 th floor as they have the windows barred. The receptionist said it was a value upgrade for $40 but definitely not worth the barred windows. The food options within the hotel are nice. Good bathroom and comfortable beds . The location is on the quiter end of the strip

We enjoyed staying in Mandalay and close to allegiant stadium

Fantastic place to stay, the tram to Luxor or Excalibur was super helpful on the walking around haha. Did not have a chance to see the pool due to inclement weather, but we will be back to have the full experience.

My daughter loves the wave pool. Location is a little out of the city centre, rooms are quite for resting. We slept 16 hours straight to recover from jet lag. but will take 20mins to reach city centre if you need to go to city centre for other shows.

It was a pleasant stay overall. Location is at the South-strip area. Beach facility is so much fun. Room is clean and spacious.
