The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas recensioner

I stayed at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas for 3 nights during the holiday, coming from LA. The condition of the room was absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. The curtains and bathroom switch were broken, the safe was locked, and it took half a day just to reach a staff member by phone. On the third day, housekeeping didn’t even clean the room. To make matters worse, dog feces remained in the hallway on the 26th floor from the first day and were never cleaned. I have never encountered such a terrible hotel experience in my life.

Room was perfect with perfect cleanliness. View was amazing. Also, service was so nice while checking in. It was amazing stay.

The check-in took awhile but they upgraded the room from 16th floor to 55th floor with the fountain view and it was great!

Hotel was fantastic with stunning views! It’s the best view on the strip u can get. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely return back again!

Nice casino but hard to get a service, one time trying to get the drinks from the waitress but they keep ignoring you even you called them and it’s not even busy hours

I’m disappointed because the bathroom was stinky so much, it was horrible, also the key from the door was broken!

The hotel is very clean and the location is great. I like the fitness center which is big and has a lot of equipment.

The location is great as it is in the center of the strip. There are unpleasant smell along the lobby and corridor, umpleasant to us don’t know if its perfume or part of the cigarretee smoke. Our room the bathroon lock is spoiled need to call for repair, reading lights not working and no replacement. We ask for no smoking room but here is ashtray at the balcony.

Perfect location at the center of Vegas Strip, with indoor connection to Bellagio and the Aria Express tram. Friendly service from staff at front desk and the Chandelier bar.

The staffs are really friendly and the room was neat and clean. I really enjoyed the stays in Cosmopolitan. I'm very willing to visit Cosmopolitan again!

One of the best hotels . Cosmo is great for adults friends and couple trip . The day club and pool is great also the beds are very comfortable

The place reeks of smoke, but hey it’s a casino in Vegas so I can understand. The problem is cleanliness. The rooms are not clean. Housekeeping doesn’t care. Stains, dust, and grime everywhere in the room. Carpet very dirty. Room cleaning is spotty, they just make the bed and replace towels, and that’s it. Surprising for a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star.

Overall is good for this hotel.  Reception: the male staff is nice but he didn’t beg bugs as we are worry about it.  He called to housekeeping and ask for it.  Finally, we got the room and everything is fine. For Car park/valet service: the valet staff said it’s same price with self parking. Finally it was poor on his approach.  Self packing is $18 per overnight (1 day). Valet is $40 per overnight. Anyway, Valet area is more safety, if you wanna keep safety, I recommend it. Only the staff approach is poor.  For room: excellent bedroom even though the Boulevard is little bit old wing. The size is good. The view we can see Paris hotel 😂 nice.  For house keeping: it’s not good for the lady on house keeping, around 09xx, she entered the ring and check any people is checked in . Don’t know why she didn’t know the room has people. So annoying.  The cleanliness: very good I can say. Suitable for people to pay higher price for recommendation.
