Hotel smells very good when you walk inside, the reception were so friendly and enthusiastic felt very welcomed. The hotel bed slept very good, we booked for 4 night our room were cleaned one time that was only the down side.

This is one of the worst hotels I've never been to ! I've stayed 3 nights. The cleaning of the room has never been made. On the evening of the 2nd day (so after the first night), I came back to the hotel at 8pm and found the room as I left it in the morning. It was too late to clean it, so I've been to the reception to ask for towels. I've been waiting for 1h30 (and 2 calls to the cleaning dept). I got them after taking them down to the reception desk and letting them on the desk (I've never done that before !). They called the manager in charge who told me there was nothing he could do. On the 3rd day, I've been to the reception in the morning, before leaving the hotel, to ask them not to forget to clean the room. I even wrote a note and sticked it on my door, with the bin outside (a customer next door also left its bin in front of his door). Believe it or not, the room hasn't been cleaned when I came back in the evening. Here again, a Las Vegas show to get clean towels: 1 hour waiting for them whereas I wanted to take a shower and get ready for my departure the next morning. I've been talking with other customers: some of them had not their room cleaned either. And you could see the garbage in the corridor... A mirror in the bathroom was ready to fall from the wall, which I signaled to the reception on the very first day but nobody came to repair it while I was staying. The technician came on the 1st day because the safe was closed. This is the only service I had from this hotel. The location is poor (except if you take the motorway USD 6 to go to the Strip if you miss their shuttle), the bar has no menu (all drinks USD 30+tax), the mini supermarket doesn't show the prices and everything is extremely expensive. As a "compensation", the resort fee (!!!) was waved... One could see they had problems with many customers at the reception desk where we could assist to discussions which never ended, not to a normal check in or check out. It seems that nobody cares in that hotel, and that there is no organization, not enough employees either (for an hotel which had the higher number of rooms in the world in 1990). I don't recommand it to anyone. Don't think you can use the swimming pool: it is closed for the season. I'm at the moment in an hotel in San Diego where it's colder than in Las Vegas. The heated swimming pool is opened till 10 pm. I travel a lot for business and leisure: I think I've never seen worst in such a short time... They should have refunded me for this nightmare, the waste of time and the stress induced.

Super modern place, with an amazing view of the sphere. Clean enough, quiet, downstairs full of options for entertainment and restaurants or shopping. The room is quite big and the iron was inside the wardrobe. Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Parking available close to the building, tricky to find something on Friday/Saturday but it's normal for all casino's in Vegas for those days

Rooms were old and not well cleaned. There was a stick of French fries on the bench. Wifi was intermittent. Shower leaking and air con noisy. Only perk is free parking on site.

Water pressure is very low

Quick and hassle free check in - lot of amenities, shops and great pool area. We also had a great view of the Sphere from our room which was spectacular.

Great hotel, the city view was nice, bed was good shower was hot & the casino had a variety of options. I enjoyed the sportsbook - the only minus about the sports book was having to use the 3rd party service to use the promo offered at the Superbook. Other then that, it was good experience for a short stay.

Excellent, Very clean, nice smelling unlike other Las Vegas motels, Very happy with my stay.

The hotel is not at all close to the strip, it's a 30 mins walk. Not worth the price we paid. Rooms are smelly and doesn't even look good. No feel good factor. Room service is pathetic. I paid approx $180 per night for which we could have got a better deal in some other resort.

Stayed here for new years for 5 days. Room itself was fine. View and location is top notch. Right infront of monorail so commute to strip is very good. View was breathtaking aswell especially at new years. Amenities were non existent. No microwave, no COFFEE MAKER, no nothing. Was the room clean. YES. Was the bathroom clean Kinda but was missing drawer handles with the shower head just poking out of the ceiling. Lobby is great and Casino aswell as Sportsbook is top notch. Overall it was alright. Just a little neglected and run down. But still worth the stay for the view and comfy beds.

This hotel will select its guests, if you are only staying for one night they will move you to another hotel which does not have any casino, shop or restaurant facilities, their hotel is only reserved for guests staying more than 2 nights, even if you book early. I booked this hotel 2 months in advance and was still arranged to go to another hotel just because we only stayed for one night. Don't choose this hotel if you don't want to be placed elsewhere！ If I could I would give them a negative rating, very poor stay experience!
