Amazing room and friendly guest services. Location is a bit further out but with the tram to Excalibur it isn't too much of an issue.

Unfortunately our room was dirty (used towels in closet) but thankfully the hotel staff made up for it by upgrading us to a larger room.

Could not have been better. Definitely a good 5-star experience

We got upgraded to a suite, while we did enjoy it, we found lots of surfaces and not wiped. The location of the hotel is not great with going to other places. Price for money is reasonable.

Lovely, spacious room! I had a king wellness suite. The bedroom is separate from the living room and there are 1.5 baths and a wet bar area! Great when people are over. The main bath has a separate large soaking tub. There’s a free tram that can take you about .7 miles up the strip, to Excalibur/The Park area. Aria is maybe a 10 min or less walk from there (in flats). Comfy bed. Hotel itself is nice. Cons: communication with staff to get my room upon arrival was less than smooth. Also, staff were either not helpful or not knowledgeable about opening times of restaurants in the hotel. I arrived after the stated checkin time and still waited 2 HOURS until I was checked in (room was not ready)! I asked if there was a hotel cafe (turned out to be closed); asked if there was another cafe/Starbucks/etc. within hotel. I was directed to a closed restaurant. And a third time, to a bar which was closed for a private event. Found a Starbucks on my own, that they didn’t suggest. Messy service to start. They didn’t offer me a place to wait or any suggestions while they figured out my pre-booked room. Still, I’d stay here again because I’m sure that’s not a typical experience (I hope).

Great hotel. Good communication. We wanted to change to a suite with view but the hotel was fully booked

The hotel itself absolutely great and beautiful but it was busy and the pool was busy and I got the worst room you can imagine did you was to the wall so be aware or you know the old rooms on the lower levels We have a bad views but we came here to answer on the price was reasonable and overall I would give the four stars to the stay

Nice and clean love it. Would book again next time I’m in town.

I like the mood of the hotel. It’s more luxury than I expected. Also, a spacy room was perfectly convenient for us

這個酒店服務極差無比，體驗極差！ 退房時間是十一點，前一天跟前台延遲到十二點，但是當天十點五十回房間時下一位客人已經入住，甚至都沒到退房時間，從來沒有遇到過這麼離譜的事情！ 我的個人物品也全被清走，極不負責的告知我要去lost and found找，完全破壞了今天的行程安排。 酒店很糟糕，但攜程的服務很好，管家反饋處理很及時

套房像奶油泡芙很舒服 安靜 缺點就是空調會吹頭 冰箱沒辦法自用 動裏面的東西會自動收費 但洗手間的浴缸很贊水很大又快

垃圾酒店千萬不要入住！該酒店衞生很差，等了一晚上打掃衞生沒有來打掃我一個人在沙發上呆了一晚，去酒店要求換房間告知沒有多餘的房間可以換建議等待打掃，但是壓根沒有找人來打掃。其次向前台反饋該問題，此酒店的經理歧視中國人，並告知我沒有給他們打電話，在我拿出一系列證據之後，酒店以我設定了不能打擾為藉口去躲避處理問題！但是我並沒有設定不能打擾，我進入房間是什麼樣就一直是什麼樣，該酒店的工作人員態度很差建議大家還是住希爾頓、華爾道夫這樣的連鎖酒店！
