Nice and clean hotel, rooms were big. But as many American hotels, the amenities were lacking. And it's a bit far from the strip. So choose carefully

I was pleasantly surprised by the value of this Trump hotel off the strip. Staff was fine . Some minor response issues to house cleaning , such as it not completed by the time we returned and giving us 3 sets of towels for the 4 of us . We were happy with the service . There was a valet meltdown on one of the days where we had to wait over 30 min to just request our vehicle but that issue was resolved the following day . We loved all the extra cabinets and storage space in our room.  It was clean . But definitely due for an update soon.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (12-13 Nov) during our business trip, booking two king-bed rooms. The hotel’s location was perfect, with a large mall directly across from the property. We also took a short 15-minute walk to the famous Strip Boulevard, the heart of the city. The front office staff, as well as the room service team, were very friendly and attentive. They were always willing to listen to our queries and resolve them with a smile. The only issue we encountered was the lack of an in-room dental kit and slippers, which are typically provided in hotels outside of the USA. While we understand that this may be due to the country’s policies, it can be somewhat inconvenient for travelers who are accustomed to these amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service.

it was a terrible experience. i booked a penthouse with a view of the Strip for New Years eve, but when i arrived i was told at the reception that a third party, Trip, did not book a room for me. That these rooms are not available and they cannot provide them. I spent about two hours to get at least some room. I was upset, all my plans were ruined and in the morning there was an explosion in the hotel and everyone was evacuated, it was the most terrible experience in my life.

This is not a casino hotel which made it very quiet and much nicer , clean and luxury , great location with comfortable bedding. The only thing lacking is few good restaurants since there is only one restaurant in the hotel which made the food choice very limited and if you want to eat something else you will have to get out of hotel .

Great rooms and amenities. Although staff & direction has changed recently. New staff is signficantly less friendly than it used to be.

Amazing hotel stay and service. Only one complaint the hot water in the shower almost never worked or if it did you had to turn on the water for nearly 10mins for hot water to come through.

The rooms were spacious and clean. One thing to note is that you have to remember to call for housekeeping every day because it is not standard. Other than that, the hotel is clean and strategically located.

Beautiful spacious suite with floor to ceiling windows with Vegas strip view. Love the very large bathroom clean with nice amenities. Trump hotel staffs are nice and no slot machines noise and no cigarette smell!
