This is not the standard we aim for, and we regret any inconvenience this caused you. We will address this matter with our maintenance team to ensure it is resolved promptly.Regarding the missing amenities such as slippers, coffee, and kettle, we apologize for any misunderstanding. Unfortunately, we only provided kettles on demand.We are also sorry for the incident regarding the towels and the way the situation was handled by our staff.
