Comfort Suites Northside Hospital Gwinnett

I am a Diamond Member. I booked one night with my points for my sons family. I put in the comments on the reservation that my son's family would be the ones checking in. I was told that I have to be the one there, they can't let anyone else ck in with points but the member. that they hadn't since the pandemic. I called Members phone Number and the lady there called them, Didn't help. reservation was cancelled and we have to wait on points to be reinstated!!! needless to say, they had to drive an addition couple of hours to get to our house at 10:00 at night instead of cking in there. This is a hotel located at a medical center!! what if you were being nice and booking a family member there to see someone or to get medical care? guess Comfort Suites would say sorry..

I checked in late at this Comfort Suites. It’s a mess since they are under construction. I was placed in Room 107 & Room 111 since I complained Air conditioning didn’t work in either room. Being a gold member you would think they would apologize and the worst part was the two stink bugs found on the bed in Room 111. Yuck…. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is under extreme renovation which isn't mentioned on the hotel website. We checked in & were given a room 107 where the ac wouldn't cool. They moved us to 212 where the ac couldn't be adjusted. Moved again to 312 where the ac leaked & soaked the carpet. They couldn't move us til the next day & we had to sleep in the musty room with towels soaking up the water. Finally got room 314 which was a good room for our remaining 2 days. At night when you're outside you can see the gutted rooms. The lobby is wrapped in plastic with no finished flooring. There is no hot breakfast but there is a continental type. The front desk staff Leilani & Charity were great & so was the housekeeping lady. I suggest another hotel until renovations are done. No work was being done because they said they were waiting on permits.

BEWARE! This Hotel is under renovation but the website does not tell you that. Stayed here December 26, 2023. The pictures on the web must be before the renovation and it still claims free hot breakfast, but that’s not true. All they had was a small room with a “grab and go” breakfast that was very sparse- no milk, no fruit, no waffles only breakfast bars and a juice machine that was out of order. I complained to the front desk and was told the manager would call, but never heard from him/her. Overall, the room was as expected- clean and comfortable, and no disturbance from renovation but I’m giving it a 1 due to the fact that they lied about the property on the website.

This was the worst Comfort Suite stay I have experienced in my life! First of all they DID NOT inform us that they are currently doing renovations and then without any empathy they tell us that we can cancel but will be 5-10 business days to get my refund for all 5 days that were paid for in advance! They then required us to pay a second 100.00 deposit due to me booking my full stay separately, although I was remaining in the same room! The worst situation was when the toilet over flooded and the housekeeper who only cleaned once during the whole week had to be asked to assist with the cleanup of the flooded toilet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially a family as it smells just like ***** all throughout the second floor hallways

My stay at the Comfort Suites Hotel in Lawrenceville Georgia was Awsome. I really didn't expect such generosity and quick response time at My request I also enjoyed the room size and comfort. i look forward to looking this hotel up on My next visit to Lawrenceville... Thanks

This Comfort Suites is currently under construction. I was disappointed that the breakfast is inside an old room that used to be a gym and only had packaged crap muffins and someone left the gallon of milk all morning on the counter so it had curds and chunky. There were four hairs found on my pillow in Room 211. I am very upset that Mr. Patel and the horrible front desk managers haven't called me back. The front desk employee Charity didn't seem to care. I was not looking for a refund but a genuine apology would of been nice since I found blonde hair on my pillow. The towels were stained and it was so hot in the hotel room since the air conditioning could not keep up! I will definitely not be back.

I am a gold member of Choice Hotels through earning points by using Barclays credit card. We made a free stay reward night reservation by using 16000 points on March 13 2023. When we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the hotel was undergoing renovation because it was full of construction workers everywhere, including the front lobby area. This information was not available on the Web. Front desk worker asked for a credit card for a deposit of $100, which will be returned after the checkout which is normal. However, upon reviewing my online credit card app, i discovered that my card was charged $120, rather than $100. When I brought this over charge to the desk clerk (nice lady), she told me to discuss it with her manager, when we check out next morning. Next morning, we checked out at 530am. Front desk clerk told me that the deposit charge will be reversed within 3 days. Next day I have discovered that the $120 charge was gone and I was satisfied. However, several hours later, $42.40 charge from the hotel appeared. I called the hotel, and demanded for a reason. They discovered that two towels were missing. I admit that I had taken two small towels (12 inch x 12 inch, white) to wash my car windows because the morning was cold and foggy, but charging guests for two small towels is very absurd and also very excessive. I called the hotel and demanded to speak with manager/owner, but still no avail. I will never go back to that hotel. The owner, Mr. Patel, (678)377-0003 has not returned my calls yet. I am not holding my breath

Hello, This has been a consistently nice hotel for years - but of course inflation has caused their rates to increase. The customer service is top notch and the housekeeping staff is awesome - even though they cannot clean the rooms now unless you are out of the room. All in all everything was great.
