Super ontvangst, prachtige badkamer, enorm kindvriendelijk, goed ontbijt.

Situation géographique très mauvaise. Restauration compliquée

Super friendly and efficient personnel. Good location, near the motorway, but quiet. Nice, spacious rooms and great beds. The hotel seems to be undergoing some renovations, but we were not bothered by the works. Parking is available (should be big enough, but some visitors are not really social minded, but that's not the hotel's fault of course). Breakfast: the choice is limited but the food is good and is regularly replenished. Restaurant: limited menu, but everyone found something to his liking and the quality was more than ok, certainly value for money. As we were only there for one evening/ night, it didn't really matter that it was not an extensive menu.

Stayed here for one night as part of a group. The room was very nice but the air con was on so high that it was freezing. The bed was very comfortable but hot and the sheet slipped because of the waterproof cover underneath. Why is that necessary? The bathroom was good and the shower was efficient. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and it was great to get fruit. However we were not made welcome in the restaurant in the evening. We were a group of 4 and we were told that as we were part of the group from the bus we could not have a meal and could only order a pizza and take it to our room. I do not like food in my room and I was eating with friends as we were all in different rooms. Eventually we were told we could eat it in the restaurant but we’d have to order it from the bar. So we went to the bar and waited for 10 minutes then we were told to go back to the table and they’d serve us. We were served eventually then waited for ages for the pizza and after all that it was quite disappointing. They also ran out of Coca Cola Zero. The most annoying thing was to at there were quite a few of us there from the bus and lots of others were eating from the normal menu. We felt like 2nd class citizens. Your restaurant let you down in my star rating.

Set on the edge of the town, close to the motorway (but quiet), this hotel was clean and functional, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the door locks were excellent, the rooms were quiet, and there was car parking right outside. (NB there is nothing much in the surrounding area, and the local restaurants within walking distance are to be avoided, so travel a mile or so into town if you want a decent evening meal). The member of staff doing the check-in was efficient and polite. Breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of variety, and it was pleasing to see the tables and surfaces being thoroughly cleaned. For a stopover night this hotel can be thoroughly recommended.

We stayed here in the family room/suite which was comfortable, clean, good value for money and dog friendly. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was OK. The hotel has obviously been renovated recently and has a nice design. Couldn't hear the motorway or traffic from inside the room.

Nous étions dans cet établissement pour un congrès ( 2 nuits) . Après la première nuit à midi chambre pas faite, idem à 18 heures. J'ai fait appel à la personne de l'accueil qui m'a fourni un tapis de bain ( le notre étant mouillé) et qui m'a gentiment aide à refaire le lit . Par ailleurs le système de carte magnétique n'est pas très opérationnel, à chacun de nos passages, il fallait retourner à l'accueil pour pouvoir entré dans la chambre. Nombreux étions nous qui avions le même souci. Pas très professionnel, tout cela.

Je vais 2 fois par mois dans ce hôtel et suis porteur d une carte gold . Celle ci ne m apporte rien : je demande a être surclassé comme le prévoit mon statut on me répond: désolé l hôtel est complet : a quoi sert cette carte ??? Je vais au restaurant à 21h45 je veux commander un dessert et l on me répond «  désolé le cuisinier quitte a 21h30 ». Ce à quoi je rétorque «  ok , mais vous auriez pu nous prévenir à 21h 15 pour qu on puisse commander notre dessert «  et la serveuse me répond d un regard hagard , comme si je venais de lui révéler quelque chose de surprenant . Il y a manifestement de gros efforts à faire et le management devrait y contribuer en briffant un peu mieux son personnel

Perfect hotel voor als u op doorreis bent. Schone kamers lekkere bedden voor franse begrippen. Zeer grote douche, voor nog geen 20 euro kunt u hier een 2 of 3 gangen diner krijgen. Beperkte keuze maar niet verkeerd eten. Goed ontbijt en weer door naar de volgende bestemming
