Great location, clean, very accomodating and friendly staff.

Place is ok for a family trip or couple trip. Great view and fairly new hotel. It’s slightly distant from the more lively areas so better for a relaxing getaway.

Останавливались на Вилле (5 ночей)с подругой! Очень приятное и спокойное место, если рядом отдыхают адекватные соседи ( у нас перед отъездом заселилась группа шумных китайцев, которая купалась в 2 часа ночи в бассейне и громко смеялась)🤦🏻♀️ , что пришлось даже выходить и просить успокоиться!!! Написали даже админу записку, а утром получили извинения и предложение компенсации за «ночное рандеву»! В целом, все было прекрасно: внимательный и отзывчивый персонал, красивая и ухоженная территория, единственный минус- это в меню ресторана ( много позиций отсутствовало, но повара 🧑🍳 шли на встречу каждый раз и это большой плюс ➕) Каждое утро гостям к номеру приносили свежую и вкусную выпечку!

Very disappointed in the executive villa we stayed at. We arrived late but this was not an excuse not to get basic amenities in place since the staff knew we were arriving (constant communication was happening the day of arrival). Blinds covering front sliding glass doors were broken! Since there were no other coverings, I spent a good 15 minutes trying to fix it so that there’s some privacy. Lights in the room are glaringly too white, no soft lighting. One tiny lamp on the side table did not work. The bright light attracted flying insects. Room was booked for 4 but only had two bath towels in the room, no basic toiletries available. Towels were old and the quality was terrible. Towels were thin, frayed and looked like they were picked randomly. No care in choosing linen. Cheaper resorts/hotels provided better towels than this place. Bedding was also very subpar. No blanket, just a top sheet. Only 2 pillows on the bed. Extra bedding consisted of two very thin foam mattresses, two pillows with mismatched pillow cases and the pillows looked dingy and were very lumpy. Two random looking fleece throws made to pass as blankets. No hand soaps provided, no basic things. Pool was dirty. Seating around it looked dingy. There is zero cell service, I wish I had known about this beforehand. Pictures of this place are definitely deceiving. There is zero service, no staff checking in if you need something. This is a tired looking resort and with it being far from any restaurants and points of interest, I would not recommend this place. The poor quality of the room and amenities on top of poor service do not justify choosing this place. The price point does not reflect the room nor its terrible quality of amenities. We unfortunately did not have a plethora of choices given the timing of the trip and the number of people in our party.

I just have to say, Gabayan Riviera Resort is one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever been to. It’s so quiet and relaxing, perfect if you just want to escape from all the noise and stress. It’s not crowded at all, which makes it even better, especially for honeymooners or retirees looking for a calm and laid-back vacation. What I love the most is the view. The resort faces Mindanao and Camiguin Island, and just sitting there by the ocean feels so refreshing. The boardwalk is also a great spot for yoga or just enjoying the sea breeze. Plus, we had the swimming pool all to ourselves, which was such a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to come back.

A wonderful place to rest. The staff is friendly and the pool is very clean. The rooms are great! I recommend! By car or scooter, nothing is far from the place. The view from the pool is incredible! The only small drawback is the lack of a real beach next to the pier, but you can reach the top beaches in 15-20 minutes by car.
