Private: garden 6'000 m2 (not fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 14.Oct.) with salt water and alarm system. Outdoor shower, table tennis (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach " de bandol" 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume,Sainte Victoire,Calanques, Cassis,Porquerolles,Ile verte,Embiez. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The location is perfect. Lots of rest, a lovely swimming pool and the house has all the necessities for a pleasant stay. The balcony adjacent to the kitchen and living room is super relaxing. The owner lives under the house, but he is almost invisible. Th

Pretty house, beautiful swimming pool, very beautiful landscape but points to improve: no wi-fi, clogged showers on arrival, a defective flush, poor Interhome linen and towel service. Not dramatic, but worth improving.
