Eagle Ridge Inn

Under construction (not notified!) We walked into our hotel to find the check in desk was at a different hotel a block away. Upon check in we were not notified of construction or that the pool did not work! Or that the pool and continental breakfast was not in our hotel. We had to walk outside a block in -10 degrees to get to the pool to be told it did not work. Same agin in the morning for breakfast! Our room consisted of 2 beds a dresser and 1 night stand! No closet or place to hang anything, no desk, no chair, no headboards, no pictures. Water spots on shower ceiling, stick in window for security, coffee cups and fixings w/no coffee pot! Everything had visible Sheetrock debris/dust. The wall heater knocked all night trying to heat room, and the refrigerator was dirty and clunked on and off as well. The television didn’t work but after an attendant came down they said we needed a box but since we didn’t have one we would have to look up and manually type the channel in to see if that one was available!! All in all the worst stay I have ever had. I have attached pictures

Great Stay Room was absolutely wonderful! BIG! Loved the couch and had a recliner that was amazongly comfortable!

Two hotels together, one is closed and its entrance is blocked off so you had to go around. There was a sign on the closed door but you are too busy being bewildered and looking at the demolished corridor to notice off the bat, then no elevator working on that side. Hope they have improved it and the remodeling is complete.
