Aparthotel Adagio Access le Havre les Docks

Pros: close to the city centre and a big mall. Free drinking water machine (including sparkling) any time at the lounge. Cosy rooms. Cons: Very poor breakfast (no hot meals (except tea/coffee), eggs to be baked/cooked on your own, choice of only two kinds of cold meat, no vegetables/fish/rice/potatoes/pasta). Pancakes got cold as soon as they were brought to the buffet. Sometimes teaspoons were absent (had to mix sugar with a soup spoon, and it's in France!). One of the lifts was broken (doors would open and close, but the lift wouldn't move). Inside the room - the tea kettle contained an old drink left by previous visitors. The toilet not clean. No room cleaning. Tap water had an unpleasant taste. Staff - one lady (dark hair) spoke very poor English and did not understand some basic things which are a must at this work position (for example, she did not understand what 'car rent(al)' meant). Another reception lady was very helpful and fluent in English. The kitchen lady (black woman) could have worked faster. As the hotel is close to the port, nights were quite noisy even with the window closed.

I don’t know how other people have rated this hotel 5 stars. The rooms are absolutely filthy and dated.silver fish in the cupboards. I woke up most days with bites on me. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for my full 5 weeks stay. Got sick of asking at reception. The blonde haired lady at reception is so rude when asking her all I got was “I’ve told you we are working on it”. Would never stay here again even if you paid me. AVOID!!!!!

I stay in the hotel for 6 weeks. For a long stay it was a perfect appart. The staff is really helpfull and frendly, the room was ok. Its in a good zone, near a shopping center. The room was clean and everything worked

Séjour en amoureux dans un studio. Belle chambre, grande salle de bain avec douche et un vrai sèche cheveux. Kitchenette bien fournie : bouilloire, machine à dosettes pour le café, grand frigo, micro ondes. Parking sécurisé au prix de 6€/nuitée. Proche du Docks Vauban et du centre ville. Superbe accueil à la réception. Personnel souriant, professionnel. Machine à café à 1€.

Super accueil, très bel appartement. Je ne connaissais pas ce concept mais je repars triste . Ma fille et moi avons adoré le buffet du matin. Vivement l'année prochaine en espérant rester plus longtemps. Quel calme et quelle proximité avec les transports.

Accueil et personnel très sympathique. Situation un peu éloignée du centre mais facile d’accès à pied et en tram. La chambre est grande la literie de qualité. Par contre salle d’eau sentant l’humidité. Pas assez de prises dans la pièce et toute petite télévision. La douche est mal isolée la salle d’eau est inondée avec une douche normale. La VMC dans la chambre fait trop de bruit pour permettre de bien se reposer. Tarif avantageux mais confort n’est pas au rendez-vous pour un trois étoiles

Personnel très sympathique. Logement propre,spacieux et bien équipé. L'Aparthotel est très bien placé à côté de la zone commerciale des Docks. On peut aussi aller dans le centre ville à pied. Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour.

il y a pas assez de papier de toilette et il faut vider les poubelles au moins ! le reste est parfait il faut aménager les borne d'électriques pour la recharge de voiture merci! Et ne pas obliger à écrire plus de 200 caractères de lettres

Personnel très agréable, appartement propre et fonctionnel. Situé à 2 pas des docks du Havre. Quelques petits bémols : l’immeuble est mal insonorisé c’est assez bruyant dans les couloirs, l’immeuble n’est pas à côté du centre ville. Néanmoins je recommande cet hôtel!
