The best stay we've had in a long time. Roberto is the perfect host - knowledgable, friendly, accommodating, and customer service focussed - he really couldn't have done anything more to make our stay perfect. The location is ideal for those visiting Lecce, the rooms are of a very high standard and we felt relaxed from the minute we were welcomed. Would highly recommend and would definitely want to stay again. Take Roberto's restaurant recommendations for some of the best Italian food we've ever had. He knows a thing or two about wines as well ;o)

One of the best B&B’s we have ever stayed in. Roberto was the perfect host, we stayed in a fabulous room with beautiful high vaulted ceiling, really comfy beds and pillows. Roberto gave us lots of information about Lecce, advice on where to eat, he even booked us a private transfer back to Brindisi Airport, we will definitely be back.

I am giving three stars for the good things already mentioned by others: good location, clean and for me having a tea pot is a must for my evening tea. My experience was not that good because first off I didn't get the room I reserved: the one with the orange covers, instead I got the one in the back next to the kitchen. In the end it was ok, because it was quiet BUT on the third day I discovered water on the bathroom floor and immediately reported to the owner. He supposedly fixed, but the next day the problem was worse, the toilet wouldn't flush. He was going to move me to another room, but he didn't (because of some lame excuses that his guests were regulars!). He eventually did moved me to another room but I had had enough. The shower was tiny and water was leaking out. I was tired of having to dry floors, so I decided to leave one day early. I had already paid in full a week in advance. Roberto was helpful when I arrived, but I don't appreciate the fact that I had to deal with so many issues.

La Bella Lecce was located in the middle of the old town within walking distance to everything. Large room and bathroom, but unfortunately without windows, so I couldn't see if it was night or day or if it was sunny or rainy. Was offered to change after the first night, as internet did not work in my room. They offered to take care of everything, but thought it was too much hassle, as I was only staying one more night – and this would have meant that they had to change bed linen, towels etc, so declined. I could sit in the reception are, where the internet worked fine. Nice and accommodating host. Very nice breakfast, but wish I had known I could have gotten cheese instead of jam for breakfast, but good fruit and good coffee 😊.

Roberto is an amazing host—goes to extraordinary means to accommodate your wants and needs. A quiet neighborhood 2 short blocks off the center of activities. Recently renovated with a great bathroom area. We would definitely stay here again!

Excelente experiencia en este bello lugar. Roberto, nuestro anfitrión super atento....nos preparaba el desayuno personalmente....un amor de persona! El lugar es super comodo, limpio , amplio y por sobre todas las cosas la ubicación inmejorable en pleno centro historico, cerca de todo. Recomiendo y volveria! Fue una buena eleccion!

Superbe séjour à La Bella Lecce, l'accueil de Roberto était juste parfait. Accueillant, souriant et toujours près à nous donner les meilleurs conseils pour visiter la ville et sa région. Le logement est plein de charme et à proximité de tous les monuments. Je recommande sans hésitation si vous souhaitez passer un séjour dans les meilleures conditions.

Discreta, ottima posizione ma non alla altezza delle mie aspettative viste su internet, comunque compensa il fatto che è a 5 minuti dal centro storico e a tutte le attrazioni più importanti di Lecce. Un po' rumoroso di notte forse per via che è a piano terra.

Très bon accueil de Roberto, qui nous a donné tous les spots visites et restaurants sympathique de la ville. Chambre spacieuse et propre, logement très bien située dans le centre historique ! Bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande sans hésiter !
