Park Inn by Radisson Edmonton Airport recensioner

The bright side of the hotel is to provide airport shuttle. Guests can wait for the shuttle outside gate door 10 on the arrival level. Called and it took around 10mins to pick you up. However the reception desk was so careless to book the wrong time of shuttle for our way back to the airport. Hotel room card won't work for twice which we had to go up and down to solve the problems after a day of travelling. The carpet is rather dirty with stain along the corridor. Besides The hotel reception claimed that they won't provide makeup room service for three consecutive nights of stay unless special request which really made us doubtful as nobody gave such a reminder when we checked in and it was surprised to see the room hasn't been cleaned up after the first night stay. Breakfast offers basic choice only. Hot water and tea offers anytime. Almost no dining choices could be chosen nearby unless driving. Without driving, ride on the shuttle and take bus 747 (which takes almost one bus per hour) Will get you to the central point of the city.

The food is the same every day The hotel is too far from all facilities except the airport

The location is great. The proximity to the hotel is worth it. The Hotel staff was amazing.

I was very pleased with our stay. The lady at the front desk was helpful by allowing us to check in earlier. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again.

酒店有些老，但是比較安全，可以讓前台幫忙訂班車服務還是很不錯的，還有早餐非常的差，建議自己出去吃，雖然是免費
