Service always swift. Thanks to helpful staff. Standard facilities to be expected of a budget hotel, noting there aren't tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms but these can be used in reception at very reasonable prices. Rate is room only; there is not a restaurant on site, although there is a separate one next door.

Horrid experience, awful service from all staff. Even checked me into a room with someone inside it. Pay a little more for a better service and a better stay.

Right in the heart of Leeds city centre, this hotel provides good value for money. However, check-in is a bit late at 3pm, and I had to pay an extra £15 to check in at 1pm. Still, I had a nice cosy room to myself at a reasonable price considering its location.

If location is your top priority, this hotel has you covered—it’s right in the heart of everything! But if you’re planning to stay more than one night, you might want to think twice… Let’s talk about the bed: firm, with equally firm pillows, so if you prefer sleeping on a cloud, you’re in for a rough night. Light sleepers beware—thin walls mean you’ll be serenaded by corridor noise and door slams, not to mention the mysterious, ever-running water from who-knows-where (probably the rooms next door)! Amenities? Minimal. One towel, no in-room kettle (hot water is available downstairs for 20p—bring your own cup or get one from reception! Other hot drinks and a vending machine are available in reception too), and you’ll need to request a hair dryer at reception. Bottom line: great for a quick, no-frills stopover, but not the most restful stay.

It was so hot and I complained as the ac was not working and they didn’t care didn’t compensate I didn’t sleep all night it was horrible

Convenient hotel, easy to navigate close to all amenities. The team could be more engaging on arrival and check out. Other than that a decent stay.

The room was clean where the bedroom was but the bathroom was dirty on the flooring.

Location is excellent. Hotel room is small but perfectly clean and comfortable. Hotel should be better about replying to emails in advance about parking inquiries

The customer service we were given at the reception was terrible, there was no customer care at all, the lady was telling us to look for another hotel because we had just asked why we need to leave our card security features? Thats crazy!

It was a lovely overnight stay… the bed was a little uncomfortable but other then that it was fine!

Reasonable price, convenient location, clean and helpful staff.

No windows in the rooms which isnt great. also broken seat & bed head.

This was a nice room- definitely great for a short stay!
