Not one of the better Premier Inns I’ve stayed at. Getting very dated and in need a a complete refurb. Situated a bit in the middle of nowhere, neither close to Leeds city centre nor the M1 and A1 . A comfortable and clean room but the choice a places to eat was limited to just the chain restaurant opposite. I booked at a very good price so can’t really complain as such. The usual rates are considerably higher and so not worthwhile

Great location in a nice suburb with a pub next door and a Cooperative across the road. Heaps of free parking. Nice room with comfortable beds, unfortunately we did find several hairs in the bathroom. We enquired about breakfast at check in and were told the times; Mon-Fri 6.30-10.30, then Sat-Sun 7-11. We asked to see a menu and were told it was in the room (it wasn’t, but it was online) we weren’t told we had to book in and pay for this, so when we went to the breakfast room the next morning, we were told to go to reception and pay. Was going to take a point off for that, but the buffet breakfast with everything you could think of, with vegan options, redeemed itself. This was on the ground floor, and was decorated to look like a cafe. Would definitely stay here again.

comfy beds, friendly staff, plus brilliant breakfast, the hotel was in a good location for my visit with an on site pub with top meals and well priced, i enjoyed the experience, [ would stay here again and probably ill with my visits to Yorkshire

Very unhelpful, travelled from London on 3.5 hr drive due to family member being hospitlized we stayed in room 19 had issues throughout my 3 nights stay with my partner and 2 kids. First off I checked in on Saturday 15th March just got settled in heard so much running around on the room above, doors being slammed etc reported it to the reception but nothing was done as the noise just persisted up until it was too late to try and sleep. Sunday and Monday was even worse for us. My son has serious health conditions and I thought Premier Inn were a quality hotel, clearly I was wrong. The bathroom door lock wouldnt turn felt like it was jammed and there was small holes on the window curtain so it felt like a privacy concern for me and the kids. Complained to reception and customer relation unfortunately they dont have enough information therefore they cannot take my complaint seriously. Customer service is a 2/10 Customer relations are 0/10 Room quality is 0/10. I would not recommend if your actually looking for a peaceful nights sleep. Premier Inn is all fake and the rooms are a myth. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Premier Inns provide solid accommodation at a reasonable price. This one is no exception with helpful staff. However, corporate policy enforces some annoying penny-pinching rules: * You need to pay extra for early check in, however you are only charged for it at the end of your stay since, "We can't guarantee it"! I.e. if a room is available and made up, they will let you check in. So, what exactly is the additional charge for? * Two tier wi-fi. You get "free wi-fi" that is only good for messaging and email. For anything else there is an extra charge. It's a bit like offering "free cold water" with "executive hot water" for an extra charge! Neither of these charges would break the bank but why not just include them in the standard price?

Great Staff, super friendly, nothing too much trouble. My rooms was clean warm and comfortable and I had the best sleep in a long time! Breakfast was 10/10, service with a smile also. The pub and co-op over the road mean you have everything that you could need.

It had been a while since my last visit but things were just as good as I remember. The staff were really friendly, on reception and in the breakfast room. The food was cooked amazingly and really set me up for the day. This team deserves all the credit they can get.

There was a terrible musty and smokey smell in the room which we could not get rid of even with the window open. We had to wash our pyjamas and all other clothes we had worn in the room as soon as we got home because they smelled like the room, which was quite disgusting. We stay at Premier Inns for their reliability but this was really awful, unfortunately.

I received a warm welcome and the check in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with USB sockets as well as 3 pin plug sockets for charging. The free WiFi was generally very good for video calls and social media. I got a great nights sleep in a comfortable bed and the shower had plenty of hot water with comfy clean towels. Car parking was on site and free. Overall a great stay and a hotel I would recommend.
