Premier Inn Leeds Cc (Whitehall Road)

Smooth check in, good staff but only problem is really really bad wifi, even in premier plus the ultimate wifi works dodgy and takes forever to even watch a youtube video, forget about a live stream. Could definitely improve their wifi services.

Amazing stay as always, ELL was brilliant came for my birthday and was given some chocolates it’s the little things. Prem plus room so clean as always. Enjoyed our stay ELL your doing amazing NCP parking just few minutes so cheap £4.95 for 24 hours bargain!!

Well what can I say about a bunch of liars. My sleep was disturbed in the small hours of the night by a couple in the room next door to me twice. I made the decision to complain, but there was no phone in the room to phone down to reception and I was not going to disturb my sleep even further by venturing down to reception at approx 1am when I was already having to be up early ahead of a long days travel, so I thought I would complain when checking out, there was nobody on reception at roughly 07:40 I rang the buzzer but nobody, the only person about was someone called Donna working in the bar area, I told her of my issue as nobody about which she wrote down and said she would hand-over to someone from reception, I then wrote via the website to complain and I am basically being called a liar as no message/complaint was handed over or it was ignored. Bottom line is my sleep was disturbed and their good nights sleep promise broken, they will likely respond and say I did not report the issue during the night, how am I supposed to other than make the sleep worse by having to go down to reception, and when I do go to reception to check-out the issue has probably been ignored. PREMIER INN YOU SHOULD HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME, FIRSTLY FOR POSSIBLY SAYING I AM LYING AND SECONDLY FOR YOUR STAFF AT THIS HOTEL SAYING I DID NOT REPORT THE ISSUE, i WOULD SUGGEST YOU LOOK AT YOUR CCTV ON THE TIME OF CHECK-OUT AND YOU WILL SEE ME TALKING TO THIS DONNA, AS I HAVE TOLD YOU IT WAS ROUGHLY 07:40 TIME OF CHECK-OUT, I HAD ON A BLACK JACKET AND A BLUE HOLDALL/BAG ....... CAN i MAKE IT ANY EASIER FOR YOU TO CHECK i AM TELLING THE TRUTH AND YOUR STAFF ARE LYING !!

As a loyal customer who has stayed in many Premier Inns across the country, I have to say this is one of the worst I have experienced. The staff were quite rude when you managed to find one. Despite waiting for the room to be cleaned for over two hours, the room was in fact not clean at all. Rock hard pillows and no choice of pillows like you get in other branches. All in all, not a good experience and I couldn’t recommend.

Good overall. Just disappointed with the room clean request for more than one night stays.You have to request a room clean before 12pm but was not easy to get hold of anyone to arrange. If you have to request a room clean and one isn’t done then surely this should be reflected back to the customer as cleaning costs have been saved.

hocking experience.. Reception staff seemed to not care. My room wouldn’t lock so I couldn’t leave the room until they had come to fix it. The staff member proceeded to bring up a screwdriver to remove part of the locking mechanism.. he brought the wrong screw driver up. Eventually he removed part of the locking mechanism, which made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. Skip forward to the evening, the heating wouldn’t turn on in my room. I tried to call reception but after 6 attempts no one answered. I then had to get dressed and go down to reception. A member of staff came out of a small room and I stated the heating does not turn on in my room.. The staff member said “ oh yeh.. we can do that down here” NEVER have I stayed at a hotel where I haven’t had access to turn the heating on in a room I am paying for! I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Fortunately there are many other options in Leeds to choose from.
