Very enjoyable stay. The lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming.

Great! The services is patient and nice. Our room is clean and warm.

Our experience was superb. The manager is approachable and considerate in every situation. Thank you also to the staff who made our stay a memorable one.

Very very basic. 3 mile hike to get to the rooms. Stank of smoke in the room we were in. Rain poured onto the window cill making a knocking noise all night. Stains in the bath towels. Continental breakfast was toast, cereal, cheese and ham with jam and muffins. Was ok but not a huge range to choose from. Won’t be staying again .

The location in the heart of the city was great and easily accessible. The top floor was assigned to me since I asked for a quiet room. The space was spacious. Instead of using central heating, they supplied a standalone heater. You can also change the temperature on your own. But don't forget to bring your toothbrushes.

Great location very handy for the train station I checked in a little late and staff couldn't have been more amenable when I phoned to arrange this. Very clean and tidy, a little dated but that is reflected in the price. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't need 5 star luxury

Excellent location. The heating is great. You will not feel cold during the evening. This is an economic hotel, but it covers all the basic you needed. The staffs are great! I highly recommend. Normally the price is cheap on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights.

Brilliant place to stay right in the centre Internet nice bathroom and plenty to do had a great night away

During my recent stay at Discovery Inn, I experienced a truly remarkable level of hospitality, coupled with top-notch amenities and delectable culinary offerings. Services: The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was seamless. From the concierge desk assisting with local recommendations to the housekeeping team maintaining immaculate cleanliness, every interaction was marked by professionalism and attentiveness. Whether it was arranging transportation or accommodating special requests, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout.

The location is fantastic, staff were great and for what we paid the room was good. The room could have done with a little tlc re: paint, marks, the usual, but the bedding was clean and beds comfortable. The only thing ill say was the room was so so so hot, even with the windows open, woke up sweating a bit. The hot water in the bathroom is also boiling, watch your fingers.

Good, spacious, clean room and great location in the centre of City Centre. Staff were friendly, cordial and helpful. A bit noisy at night outside hotel and building works around it. Ordered breakfast prior to check-in but was not informed it was cold meats and cereal on offer only as they had no kitchen area. Not hotels fault it was not booked through them. They said i should take it up with whom I booked it through. I left the unclaimed 2 breakfast vouchers with hotel staff. Otherwise a good night's sleep and would stay again.

Good-sized room. A bit dated but clean and comfortable. helpful staff. Good water pressure. Enjoyed warm shower. Generous number of coffee and tea sachets available in the room. Very near the rail station. I don’t mind staying again.

The room was very noisy it kept us up due to it was to close to the elevator so we could hear other guests. And the water in bathroom sink struggle to go down the sink as if it was blocked after trying for 30 mins. Ideally locationlly situated. The television in the room wouldn't let you watch music programmes for some reason.
