Excellent stay once again at The Premier Inn in Leek. The staff are so good you just cant fault them. The rooms were perfect. Breakfast well presented and nicely cooked. Such a lovely time would recommend to anyone. We had my 83 year old mum with us as well as our 5 year old son who has a disability and nothing was an issue - the support we got was fantastic. Thank you so much :-)

The hotel and restaurant are set up and organised really well. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and positive (nothing was too much trouble). Honestly we’ve never stayed in a premier inn with better staff and we’ve stayed in a lot! The meals (dinner and breakfast) were good and the room itself was great for a bigger family of four (12 and 8 year olds). Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Great location for an early start to Alton Towers!!

Excellent venue with good food and outstanding staff. Rooms, clean and tidy, bed very comfortable, very pleasant. Enjoyed our stay. The staff are very amenable and helpful. Inn is in the centre of Leek, close to Alton Towers, the countryside, Manchester, etc.

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. A relaxed atmosphere which was nice. It was a shame that our stay was not as good as it could be because of the following: Weak shower running to Luke warm every two seconds You can't open a window, even on to a latch The air con didn't work

First impressions were really very positive. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, nice modern fixtures and bathroom. Sheets and bed good quality. The location and parking are perfect too. Unfortunately I got zero sleep! There is some sort of air filtration system. Even though the aircon and bathroom fan were off in our room. The noise coming through the system from most likely another room, was so annoying and loud. It felt like being on an aircraft, like someone was drilling into my brain. Not only did I not sleep but came away with the worst headache I've ever had. If I'd not had a few drinks in my system I would of got in the car in the middle of the night and driven home.

Stayed here for two nights to go to Alton Towers. It did not disappoint in any way. Firstly it's a beautiful journey between park and Leek, I could never get bored of the countryside in every direction. Probably one of the easier places to stay to commute to Alton Towers and Leek is a lovely little town. The staff at this hotel are second to none. Everyone was super helpful, welcoming and eager to help. Thanks to the gent who I think was the manager on sunday night who really looked after us and had a great sense of humour. The gent with the Walibi lanyard on who we had a wonderful conversation with about theme parks in Europe. The young chef who is a credit to the hotel and who I have to say done incredible job with our meals both nights. Best meals I've had in premier inn with a restaurant attached. The lovely ladies doing the breakfast servery in the morning. Found the room to be spot on and the hotel overall to be clean and well maintained. The parking cost is a bit steep but this hotel offered a great deal so that factored in, it was still great value for money. Would 100% return over our usual PI at Utoxetter. Thanks so much for an awesome stay!

Lovely friendly hotel. Comfy room with a big soft bed and really good black out curtains, The parking isn't free but it's only about £7 per day once you collect a voucher from reception and pay at the machine when you leave. Also the breakfast was great, with gluten free options

We have just had one night at the Premier Inn to visit the Flintlock at Cheddleton (highly recommend). I have to stay the staff are absolutely amazing at this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and every single member of staff had a smile and took the time to have a little chat. It was lovely - thank you.
