Fantastic hotel and facilities. Food was one of the best buffet style offerings we’ve ever stayed in, well cooked, presented and fresh. With a counter you can order certain dishes and wait for them to be cooked. There are different theme nights each day. The pools are all fab with kids ones available. The gym is small but well equipped with towels and water available. It is a little out of the way and not too close to towns and tavernas, but the bus stop is right outside and they do run on time - take a hint Britain. The hotel is built on a hill and is a sprawling complex, but simply ask to be driven in their electric buggys and they are there within minutes to help. If I were to gripe a little there was no decaf coffee or milk available in the rooms but I did take some milk from breakfast and store in the room fridge. We were promised entertainment every night but only had that on two nights a week, and it was the same performers each time. Also there was free drinking water at breakfast but not at dinner, this had to be purchased. The staff were professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Nikos in the restaurant was great and chatty. The young lady on the kayaks on the beach was more than helpful and funny. I wish I’d asked her name. All in all a fantastic hotel, fantastic staff, great food and really enjoyed our stay.

A truly wonderful holiday at a great hotel Reception roomy and staff always responsive. Lovely pools with nice decking area with loungers always available, the beach is delightful with crystal clear water great for snorkeling with many fish. Get there early to get a front row seat! Nice to sit at the beach in the evening and watch the moon rise whilst watching the party boat sail. Breakfast always nice with a busy service but always tables available, the evening buffet was a very good standard and staff run brillianty by Chrysta (sorry if spelling not correct) , reasonably priced wine , Retsina a good value. Great desserts and ice cream. We used the Greek themed restaurant for lunch a couple of times , food was again very good and a relaxed and chilled location. Pool bar staff are again excellent, chilled and shaded for lunch and a great evening location to play card games etc. Lyn had my evening drinks sorted by day two one of many wonderful and polite members of staff At the sea the lifeguard who was very kind and attanetive to the sea conditions looks after the SUP Boards and Kayaks, we managed to learn how to Paddle in the time we were there which was great fun. There is a private boat charter available but the price if horrific in comparison to going into Ndiri and using them there. Nice room (37) with a great view and balcony for evening drinks. Hired a car and went to various beaches all very crowded and none as good as the beach hotel which is private. Visited a sunset bar and restaurant on west side of island and spent a few hours in Lefkada Town. Got the passenger ferry which is very cheap with great views to Meganisi. The sunset cafe in Meganisi provides tremendous views and picture options. Also had a drive to the village of Karya the drive back to the hotel over the mountain (pretty easy drive) provides a great photo opportunity towards the drive back to Ndiri A great place to relax with very good staff

The view from our "balcony" was idyllic and perfect for watching sunrise. The whole hotel was spotless and we were provided with free water every day (hasn't happened anywhere else that we have stayed). The staff were attentive and helpful especially in the dining room where they would happily explain what was in the various salads(essential as I have a fish allergy). The choice of food was excellent and all beautifully prepared and the show chef was a delight. The bread at breakfast was some of the best I've ever tasted. The only negative was the number of steps to get up to reception or down to the beach. Although I just considered this a way to work up an appetite it could be hard for someone with walking difficulties, although I believe you could ask for a buggy to drive you most of the way.

Hotel has certain short comes like reception not always passing requests to house maids, offering tea and coffee facilities but omitting to also offer evapore milk and sugar and not enough coffee machines this having to wait for ones coffee. On the other hand though they serve excellent coffe. Breakfast starts only at 07:30 etc. Although the hotel is at a dramatic breathtaking location on a slope overlooking the Ionion sea, it should be pointed out that in order to reach the breakfast room from the reception level one has to navigate 130 steps and to reach the beach another 35. Hence the hotel is - in my opinion - rather uncomfortable for invalids, person's with heart condition or just unfit people. In being fair one should mention hotel offers buggie service. All in all a good hotel where one can relax

We were very pleased with our stay at this lovely property. The facilities are excellent, everything was clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was truly relaxing. The beach is beautiful, clean, and never felt crowded. The pools were also spotless and peaceful — perfect for both adults and kids. Breakfast offered a great variety and was well-organized, with friendly staff making the experience even better. Speaking of staff, they truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone was polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks to Constantina and Eleftheria at the kids club — our daughter had such a wonderful time with them! We were also happy to see Constantina again in her role as hostess at the Segreto restaurant, where she was once again excellent — professional, warm, and attentive. The staff at Segreto overall were fantastic and added to our lovely dining experience. Many thanks also to the ladies at the spa for their kindness and assistance, even though I didn’t have a treatment — they were still helpful and courteous. The breakfast team, front desk staff, and the ladies who cleaned our room all went above and beyond. We are very, very happy and grateful — we’ll definitely be back. You are all amazing!

Booked to stay here with friends. They had to cancel due to illness and the hotel Manager was very unhelpful and rude. So much so I cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. I didn’t want to give more of my money to a hotel which clearly valued money above customer experience.
