比較乾淨整潔 但我住的畢竟是地下室

Poor customer service. Tried to pay for my 6 guests rooms in advance, I even went in to the hotel. Eventually was told that I had to complete a form online, which I did and returned it. When the guests arrived they were told the hotel rooms were not paid for and they had to pay it themselves. It made me look like I was trying to get out of paying for the rooms. Very embarrasing, I had to pay over money persoanlly for all six rooms. They also didnt have any hot running water, standard every where else. Wont be using this hotel again.

It's a Premier Inn - you get what it says on the tin. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very good bed. Very clean. Well decorated. All good. The breakfast was good. The ingredients seemed good quality and fresh. All you can eat policy. The hotel seemed efficient with good facilities.

A bit of a shabby PI next to the train station. Desperately under staffed. Breakfast average to poor. Took a premium room to avoid the dross and was pleased by the decor and room in general (aka worth the upgrade IMHO) but the shower was so feeble - with half of the spray jets working - that it wasn't usable. To conclude, fine for a night but below par compare to other hotels in the chain.

Bed was the best part of my stay, cozy and comfy! I was on the 12th floor, which to begin with I thought was bad, but it was so quiet and it had great views! The room was clean and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, a small walk from the train station, I could see the building from far away too as it is so tall and colourful. The staff were friendly, but there didn't appear to be enough staff available to help at reception, so the queues on check in and out were a little annoying. Especially when there was staff sat in the office. But other than that, very satisfied.
