The ice cream was a bit too tangy.The prices are bit high meal.The music was a little bit loud.The choice of sweet could be a little less high in calories .I think you should be able to choice how well cooked your vegetables are.I enjoy the bread starter.

Lovely evening. Great service and food. Highly recommend. We had the scallops for starter which were very nice and cooked perfectly. Then the sea bass which again was great. Nice touches with a taster and delicious bread to sample whilst waiting for our food.

The food was out of this world and staff really friendly, couldn't ask for more for me and my fiancee. Had a couple of extra courses thanks to the chef---top person. Will definitely be going back especially as we got a valentines card and rose for us to take home.

Charlie always takes care of us. She’s lovely and her boyfriend the chef deserves a michelin star his food is absolutely amazing and delicious. Great place. Would definitely recommend and it’s a lovely venue very clean lots of choices but the food is absolutely fantastic. Have a great time every time we stay here.

Really good food and fairly priced. Good service, lovely setting and food came out at a really nice pace. The bisque had a lovely depth of flavour- it was a bit sweet for my wife but I really enjoyed it. The steak course was superb, the parfait and condiments that came with the steak were very very delicious. I'm not a pudding guy but the chocolate and orange pudding to finish was very tasty again. I'd just say to give a spoon with any dish with a lot of sauce so you can eat it all 😃 we asked for one anyway 🤣

I visited for Sunday lunch and was really disappointed with the food and service. I had a pram and struggled to get through the back doors. 3 members of staff walked by and none of them offered to help. The food came out cold, apart from the veg. I ordered a dairy free roast and received half a portion with no compensation for the food that contained dairy. Food was also very underwhelming for the price. The service was very slow and we ended up having to go to the bar to pay as we’d spent over 20 minutes waiting for it.

The food was excellent! Really tasty & beautifully cooked. The special anniversary menu, all sounded delicious making it difficult to choose. Beautiful setting & nice ambience. Thank you for the birthday card for my husband as well. Lovely touch.

The food was outstanding the staff outstanding the service also outstanding but the restaurant was extremely cold there was a log burner which should have been lite unfortunately my wife had to eat with her coat on but we will definitely be back but when it warmer 5 stair food 5 stair service unfortunately cold 🥶

The service was outstanding very professional. The food well what can I say was next to none absolutely fantastic. My son and my daughter in law got us a voucher for Christmas thanks both. My only criticism was the eating area was very cold temperature wise there was a log burner but not used why ? We will definitely be back but probably in the summer when it's warmer.
