The Heath Inn

We stayed for one night and I must say the Heath Inn exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a twin-bedded room (No2). The room and bathroom were clean and provided everything we needed (coffee/tea/hairdryer etc). The beds were extremely comfortable. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and we all had a curry of one sort or another which were all authentic and excellent. The full English breakfast next morning was something else. It was cooked to order and had good quality bacon and sausages , plus eggs, tomatoes, mushroom, hash brown, beans and black pudding…. And terrific value for the money. Well done ‘Banana’ who was the morning chef! Above all, the staff we encountered were excellent and more than helpful. If we had to stay agin in Leighton Buzzard again we would definitely book here. Great value all round and a pleasant overnight stay.

Lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable room with everything I needed. All staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I will revisit if I am in the area again. Reasonable rates and very good Indian food on the restaurant menu. Highly recommend.

We were recommended to pop in for dinner as we had heard that the restaurant was serving Indian food. Fantastic food, fantastic service. We were also able to watch the premiership football 😃. A very helpful server Zach, well done 👍 Keep up the good work. We will definitely be returning and spreading the word ☺️

We chose a family room with private bathroom, the double bed was very comfortable and our room a good size. The bathroom was very clean and the room had coffee/tea making facilities. We booked to eat in the restaurant and we're served an excellent curry, the staff were very helpful. We would book again when visiting family

We stayed here after unfortunately being flooded and not able to return home, we received a very warm welcome from Shirag, he is such a genuine and lovely man. We've eaten a few times here, the Indian food is delicious, I can highly recommend the garlic and chilli mushrooms for a starter. On the second night the boiler became very noisy but I was moved at no extra cost with no hassle whatsoever. All of the staff are lovely, the cleaning girls really do a great job on the comfortable rooms. We would definitely stay here again, and will be visiting often to enjoy their lovely food and service.

I had such a disappointing experience at The Heath Inn. I went for lunch with my two children and after waiting well over an hour for food I gave up and had to leave. There were only two other tables occupied (one was leaving) so I can only assume they were focussing on fulfilling orders via just eat. I completely understand how hard it must be to keep a local pub up and running these days, and other revenue streams are probably becoming a necessity - but surely providing such a poor standard of customer service to in house customers is counterproductive? They didn’t even comp my drink. I only live around the corner and sadly won’t be going back. Such a shame, when it first re-opened post refurb it was fab.
