Recently stayed with my girlfriend and 8 month old baby. Arrived at the hotel late at night as our trains had been delayed only find out the key had to be collect at other side off the city. I had contacted Kokon apartments directly and explained it was not possible for us to walk as we had a young baby and there was heavy rain and we could not get a taxi as we had no child seat to travel by car. We were left with no option but to have to book else where and the manager told us over the phone he would reimbursed us for the night we stayed in another hotel. We collected our keys the following the day. Since checking out the hotel will not reply to any contact, they even told us they do not speak English even after having a conversation in perfect English. We are left paying for 2 hotels even after being told they would pay for the second. I would avoid at all cost and could not recommend to anyone. Leipzig has a lot better accommodation to offer.

Ich habe die Appartement für 2 Tage für Arbeit gebucht. Dazu habe ich die Bestätigung der Buchung bekommen. Ich wohne in Rheinland Pfalz und ich bin nach Leipzig mit Zug gekommen. vor 72 St. Der Reise habe ich eine Email bekommen dass die Abholung der Schlüssel von anderer Stelle musste. Diese Stelle ist 2 KM vom Hotel weit weg. Ich habe eine Email geschickt :( warum soll ich 2 KM mit Köpfer um die Schlüssel abzuholen laufen?)Keine Antwort. Deswegen hab ich die Buchung mehr als 48 St. Der Ankunft storniert und anderes Hotel gebucht. Die Verwaltung des Hotels hat teilweise Erstattung des Geldes abgelehnt und die haben 160 Euro von mir bekommen und das war überhaupt nicht mein Fehler.
